He takes the time to get to know you and your kids. This is the saddest I've been to transfer to a new unit, because I didn't want to get a different pediatrician! Although Dr. Culler was our primary doctor, my children saw others throughout our time here for sick visits. Every last one was amazing. They didn't brush off any of my concerns and took their time to find a solution. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all the providers and their nurses, the reception staff is amazing as well. They made things uncomplicated and quick to check in and book appointments. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. LOVE this place!

We initially liked Cornerstone because they were fairly conservative in how they treated illness and would give us information about the recommended options. Over the past few years, that has gone by the wayside and everything is treated with a prescription or referral to a specialist. It's overkill, not to mention expensive and time-consuming. The overall feeling is that they are treating symptoms but not taking the time to see the big picture. And ordering unnecessary tests and visits with specialists to cover themselves. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a medical clinic in regards to…read moreadministration and organization. I went in for a routine physical and and wanted to get an mri on my knee since its been bothering me for a while. They said they need to clear it up with insurance and then they will call to schedule. A week passed by so I decided to call cornerstone. They informed me that they're waiting on approval from insurance. I called my insurance and they told me they've never received a request. Called cornerstone back and they say the request never made it out for some reason. Waited another week and still nothing. Called cornerstone yet again and they still haven't sent a request! Finally they sent the request out and scheduled an mri appointment. Got my mri and the nurse says you should hear back within a day or 2 with the results. After the 4th day I called and inquired and they said they'll leave a note for the doctor to call. It's a week now and I'm still waiting...

I recently received some diagostic testing outside the state. I needed to have Cornerstone interact…read morewith the testing center there for a follow up on reading prior results with the most current ones. It was nothing but a frustrating experience. Instead of working with the other office to insure timely and convenient medical help, Cornerstone insisted on falling back on company policy of not sending Doctors orders for ordering the necessary follow up testing (even though the other facility says they get orders from outside of state routinely-it is not any kind of 'law'). I felt Cornerstone was not acting in the welfare of the patient, but in their own interests. I will be changing providers.

In…read morethe hospital I was very nervous about the surgery, but she grabbed my hand and talked to me about it and what would happen and I felt so much better being wheeled back to surgery. She really does care..and it shows. Ok
