Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional! Go somewhere else! Soooo rude! They made it seem as if I needed them, and "they are a multimillion dollar company". I booked online and they wanted to delivery 2 days before my party. Told me read the contract. So rude and mean, even though I booked it for the day of my event. Great service and we keep everything overnight. Very friendly and everything was clean.

We had a great experience with these guys. Thomas Cross was prompt and contacted me within an few hours of my request on line. We rented a combo slide and the price for all day was half what most places charge for 4 hours. They asked if the slide could be delivered the night before because I wanted it for a morning party. They did and the guys were nice and we kept the slide all day and they picked it up the next morning after the party. The website is very useful and gives a good description of size and look of slide/moonwalk. I would definitely use these guys again. read more

We thought we were booked. Filled out the required online booking. We sent a text to see if everything was Good. The reply from Moonwalk was "There would be a 25.00 delivery fee. We sent back "OK". Moonwalk took "Ok" as we were not interested, even after all the Texts and Online Booking. What more do you have to do to book with these guys? If you book with these guys you better make sure they have your order. Or you will be like us, NO Moonwalk, NO Kids Tables & and NO Chairs, with a bunch of kids asking where's the Jumpy House. We called and text but did not get a reply till long after the Party Was Over. I'll NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. read more

I was able to book four days in advance. The gentleman showed up punctually for setup as well as calling in advance just to give me a heads up. Quick setup and easy transaction. Showed up exactly when discussed the following day for pick up. He was kind and respectful and even assisted us in determining the best setup location due to previous rain to make sure the kids did not get muddy. The pricing was fair as well. Prices were decent and booking was easy. Booked a moonwalk mid April for a party in mid June. They called two nights before the party to tell us they are fully booked up and that they won't be able to deliver it until 2-3 hrs after the party starts. Told them that that was unacceptable. They offered to deliver it the night before the party for a $25 fee. No thank you- we ended buying a water slide/moonwalk for double the cost of renting the moonwalk. The slide was a hit and it's something we can keep for future parties. Horrible Service - Horrible Customer Service - overall just Horrible....What can i say - we ordered a water slide and 2 tables and chairs for a 4 year old birthday party. Our party was Saturday Sept 29th, we anticipated some rain possibly but were not sure how much. I called Friday night after not hearing anything from them - they responded that all was good and that my delivery person will call in the morning, only issue could some slight delay due to weather......AT NO POINT DID HE MENTION.....HEY WE MIGHT NOT DO ANY DELIVERIES AT ALL AND ALTHOUGH YOU DID ORDER TABLE AND CHAIRS IN ADDITION WE WILL NOT DELIVER THOSE EITHER......so Saturday rolls around and yes there was some rain, heavy early then lightened up as morning went on.......NO PHONE CALL FROM DELIVERY DRIVER.....then at 10:30 (party at 11am) when they still had not called or shown up I contacted them and the response was......NO DELIVERIES WILL BE DONE TODAY! excuse me, what.......and he said due to electricity and rain we will not be doing any deliveries today......Now i do understand the risk of that, although i was at a party with my kids the previous week with water slide and slight rain???? So i said okay, a call would have been nice...his response was well we were holding out hope?????? What.........until when? So after i was irritated about the NO WATERSLIDE, i asked when will the table and chairs be delivered...........his response...........WE WILL NOT BE DELIVERING ANYTHING???....What are you kidding? I ordered table and chairs and rain should not effect that..........well sorry NO DELIVERIES, YOU SHOULD HAVE A BACK UP PLAN?? Are you kidding me......our back up plan is to still have our son's birthday party..........but NEED THE TABLE AND CHAIRS.........so to say the least..I will not be using this service ever again..........and I suggest that if you do be aware that you might be disappointed with crummy service! I will only use Moonwalks 4 Less from now on. Not only were they super easy to work with, but my kids LOVED that we got to keep it overnight! Usually inflatable people are such sticklers for every hour you have it. Not only was Moonwalks 4 Less more affordable than others, but we got to keep it overnight! We ended up having a fun family bounce time after the party and neighbors came over the next day for more bouncing! That feature alone is a reason to use them! Plus all the variety they have and then all the extra party rentals, that are also very reasonably priced! read more

Zero customer service. After 3 hours of use, the equipment they supplied shorted out and the moonwalk deflated with kids inside. Obviously I had to get them out asap so I had to drop everything else I was doing as the host of a birthday party to get it re-inflated. Once I pin pointed the cord THEY supplied had burned up, I had to scrounge up several of my own to get enough length to reach the blowers. At this point it had been nearly an hour and people were already starting to leave the party. When I called to let Tom know what happened his only response was "wish you would have called me sooner." YEAH....let me just leave these screaming kids trapped inside and call you. And when I told him the cord HE supplied burned up his response was "I wouldn't use that cord, do you have some you could use?" I PAID $250 to rent this, I shouldn't have to use my own equipment! Finally when they came to pick it up, we pointed out that the cord had OBVIOUS BURNS where it arched, and Tom said "looks good to me." FIRE HAZARD WAITING TO HAPPEN! Plenty of other choices for rentals, avoid this place at all cost if you want a smooth experience. read more
