I appreciate everything that was done for us and I would definitely recommend this to family, friends, yelp users and anybody looking to find a very peaceful place with attentive and helpful hosts. They even make you feel like at home before you get to Canada! Very professional and respectful. This is the type of place you would go back to just because of how well you were treated! The well kept room was fully stocked; towels, fridge, snacks, robes and shampoo/conditioner in bathroom, private deck, lots of privacy, among other things. They advise you where to go eat and even get you a discount at some restaurants, they have a tiki bar with speakers, a hammock, spacy yard setup (great for kids), etc. There are restaurants and bars walking distance so no need to worry about drinking and driving. They go out of their way to make you feel like at home. All in all I would recommend this to anybody looking to have a great getaway and as I write this I am debating what day I should come back to this beautiful place! We arrived and everything was perfect. The room was gorgeous we stayed at the fantasy suite. Had our own personal balcony , a mini kitchen and lounge area. The room was very clean no complaints at all. Did I say the decoration was gorgeous in our room ? Because it was ! They have a huge backyard and if you have kids they have a play set for them as well. They also have a little tiki bar in the backyard. The landscaping is wonderful thry have a little bit of everything for everyone . The village is about a 10-15 min walk no need to drive. She gave us her personal recommendations and they were also great. Dawn and Sebastian were very welcoming and make you feel like your at home . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, a nice relaxing getaway.

It was a nice modern suite with a kitchen, all modern appliances, pots and pens, utensils everything you could possibly need in a case you decide to stay in for a meal. It was very pretty, but also very homey. We used the garage, and had no problem with it. There is still some construction in the area and in front of the entrance, but we used the car to get in and out, so it didn't affect us at all.

The interior was nicely decorated, modern, bright, and quite spacious. There were many luxurious aspects to this place: Lagostina cookware, Aveda soaps/shampoos/conditioners, Smart TVs in the living room and bathroom, a rain shower head (plus a movable shower head if a rain shower isn't your thing), en-suite laundry, a movie room and gym (of course these were closed due to the pandemic), even a little balcony. The concierge wasn't in at the time of our arrival and check-in was seamless. Soho Champagne communicated with me prior to check-in to ensure all my questions were answered. Plus, this place is conveniently located near Little Italy and Chinatown. I wished that we were able to stay longer. There are 3 reasons that I knocked off a star. Before I get into these, I'll mention that I was given a number to call if I had any problems with the room, but I didn't think any of the problems were worth calling about. First, the remote to open the garage didn't work from inside the car (maybe low/no battery?) and I had to get out of the car each time to get the garage door to open. Second, upon check-in I took a shower and there were 2 long and noticeable hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. Finally, I could not for the life of me get the TV in the bedroom to work. For the price of the room, I'd expect a bit more attention to detail in these areas. All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely stay at Soho Champagne again.

And I expected this would be bad but thought it's going to be alright just for a day. I was surprised that this place was better than many other decent hotels. It was clean... That's the first thing that comforts me. This place is like a 3 bedroom house with shared bathroom which I was so skeptical at the start that I decided to skip bath if needed. But surprisingly was so clean and well organized. It had a good breakfast options too... Along with an option to make something by yourself. Everything was fair enough for the price. I paid double or triple than this and was so annoyed at the bedsheets and comforter that felt so unclean in the previous hotels. But I slept peacefully here. Overall it's pretty decent than most.

We were greeted by Liisa with sparkling wine and a tour of the bed and breakfast. The accommodations are incredible, the hosts go above and beyond in every way possible, and the breakfast is incredibly gourmet and delicious. We enjoyed the grounds as well as the pool and hot tub area. We also got to indulge in high tea which was a lovely experience. If I could give Clyde hall more than 5 stars I would! The breakfasts were great and varied: bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs or an egg and cheese casserole, french toast, something a little different each day. The location is very convenient and you can walk into Norwood's little downtown to the diner. It's a 10 minute drive to Potsdam and 25 minutes to Massena. It's also worth noting that the accommodations come at a very nice value! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again the next time I need to go up to Potsdam.
