We had a difficult situation involving a hydraulic line in our spider lift. It required more than…read morejust the right set of tools. It required a shop that actually understood the way the machine works, inside and out. I traveled out of state (We're in Idyllwild, CA), a total of about 20hrs dropping it off and picking it up. I would travel twice that for this level of service. They had fixed the leaks in my machine after only one full day in the shop, and had even engineered and installed new parts to keep that and other problems from ever happening again. It was a several thousand dollar less expensive ordeal than with any local shop, because these guys understand my equipment. They even told me that for for less involved repairs, they will fly a tech down to me to fix my machine right here at my shop.
