DO NOT USE. I gave…read morethis business every opportunity to make this right, because a bad review hurts a small business - especially in these times. But I had to I write this review, because this was such a ridiculous experience. The job simply wasn't done right. As you can see from the pictures, the "finished product" is shoddy work. There's still stains on the grout and blue stains where the toilet leaked. When we did the initial walk through I took the service technician to the bathroom, and I told him that the blue stains were a major concern. He said, "Yes, ma'am we'll take care of that for you." At the end of the service, I went directly back to the blue stains, and he said, "No ma'am we won't be able to get that out. I'll have my wife message you with the name of a product that will fix that up for you." How absurd. I hired them to do the job so I didn't have to. I didn't hire them to give recommendations on how to do the job myself. (By the by, no one ever followed up with me to provide this recommendation). Even so, I paid them because they assured me that "there's no way to get the stains out without another treatment." The service was on Saturday. On Sunday, I realize just how bad of a job they did, as I was able to get the stain up myself using vinegar. This certainly pissed me off. I had to work, so when I got a chance on Monday to message them - I did. I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix. They refused because (1) I paid despite being dissatisfied - (well, what would you have me do? They're in my house assuring me no better job could have been done.); (2) I waited too long to message them about the problem (I told them during the walkthrough that they had failed to deliver the promised result, and I again messaged them a whole 48 hours later); (3) they said they did a larger area than anticipated (as if that somehow explains why they did a terrible job). Also, I expect a professional would adjust the pricing if the area was - in fact larger than original anticipated. I gave them the square footage and they gave me a quote. No one said anything before the service started; (4) They also said that because I hadn't gotten my grout cleaned for years that it couldn't get more clean than it was. As noted, I let vinegar sit and I got the stain up myself. I cannot believe how unreasonable this business was. Please review the pictures. These are the same pictures I showed the business when I asked them to make it right. Somehow they weren't embarrassed by this result and stood by their shoddy work. So be it. Here's your review.

If your home warranty assigns Safari Heating and Cooling HVAC to your service call, do yourself a…read morefavor and request another contractor. Immediately. Our experience with this company was frustrating from the beginning, but our interaction with their manager, Ernesto, was so extraordinarily unprofessional that it deserves its own review. Communication throughout the process had already been difficult. Because we were still having concerns with our AC system, we ultimately had another, more reputable HVAC company evaluate it. Safari subsequently requested photographs taken during that evaluation. Simple enough. Today, my husband contacted Safari to obtain an email address so that we could send them the photographs they requested. Apparently, obtaining an email address from an HVAC company requires significantly more conflict than one might reasonably expect. During the conversation, Ernesto became argumentative and then accused my husband of saying the F-word. There was just one problem with that accusation: He didn't. I was standing directly beside my husband and heard the entire conversation. When I joined the conversation and told Ernesto that I had personally heard the exchange and that my husband had not used the language he was being accused of using, Ernesto's response was not to de-escalate, clarify, apologize, or simply provide the requested email address. Instead, his demeanor became increasingly angry and unprofessional. At that point, the absurdity of the situation was almost impressive. We were customers attempting to send Safari documentation Safari had specifically asked us to send, yet somehow we found ourselves arguing with a manager over profanity that was never uttered. For a company entrusted with entering people's homes and servicing expensive, essential equipment, basic professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to handle a routine customer interaction without manufacturing unnecessary conflict should not be aspirational qualities. They should be minimum job requirements. We are new homeowners with a one-year home warranty, which means the warranty company selects the contractors dispatched to our home. We did not choose Safari. After this experience, we certainly never would. If our warranty company attempts to assign this company to another service call, we will specifically request someone else. I would rather pay a reputable HVAC company myself than deal with this level of dysfunction again. And that is perhaps the most telling review I can give a home-warranty contractor: I would rather pay out of pocket than have them return for free. There are plenty of HVAC companies competing for customers. Choose one that understands that customer service involves actually serving the customer rather than arguing with them, making false accusations, and turning the simple exchange of an email address into an ordeal. Our AC system may need repair. Safari's customer service and Ernesto needs an entirely new unit. Preferably installed by another company.

The tabs at the top are: Home, Legal Forms, Our Services, Service Prices, Service Worksheets- downloadable forms, and helps get you started, Our Story, and Contact. You really need to identify your goal, before deciding on which forms and which service to purchase. I looked at the guarantee, which is three days. If you're not sure, you really need to weigh your options. This means doing your due diligence. Would it be worth seeking an attorney's consultation? It depends on your situation. It also depends on your budget, too. Currently there are 17 legal forms available to purchase, such as "Last Will & Testament, Married With Minor Children"; there are many different options. (***As I was searching online, the suggestion is this option is for couples who do not own any property.***) Services: Family Court, Incorporation, Trusts- there are four different options, Probate Services. The revocable trust- Comprehensive, for a married couple is $955, plus recording fees; states that this is their most popular trust choice. An Attorney charges a flat fee of $1495 for a trust account, single or joint. Some attorneys offer a free consultation for estate planning. Again, this depends on your situation. And again, this depends on your budget. I will be discussing our options with my husband, as we've wanted to get our estate planning done. We just have to do what's best for our family and our situation. But I feel like we have a good starting point. Thank You for having a user-friendly website.

He checked and serviced our air handlers, AC condensers, cleaned 20 vents including our dryer vent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services. About 1 month later, one of the fans and capacitors went out on one of the AC condensers. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when I noticed it so I didn't have to suffer too much. I called the service number and they told me that all remaining appointments for that evening had been booked for the day but they could come 1st part of the morning the following day. Ed called and showed up 1st thing in the morning at about 8:30 am to do a diagnostic and make the necessary repairs. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He explained to me that my fan had seized. To get everything running again I needed a new condenser motor, contactor and capacitor. He carried all the parts on his van so there was no waiting for parts. A little more than 1 hour my AC was back up, running and my house was cool again. Just in time for the afternoon heat. I would recommend their services and was completely satisfied with the work of both technicians. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs.

That's all I asked for. What I got was floors still covered in hair and dirt, and bathrooms that looked like they barely touched them. Even the kitchen floor still had food scraps and dirt on it. When you book a cleaning, you expect the floors to actually be clean and the bathrooms to be properly done. That didn't happen at all. I have all the after pictures and I even told the company I can video call them right now so they can see how dirty the floors still are. I already sent them the photos. The cleaning ladies took before and after pictures, but the after ones are from far away and only show the spots they slightly cleaned. They didn't take any close ups of the floors or the dirty areas, so you can't even see all the little hairs still sitting there in the bathrooms. There was also a whole mess with the price.
