Their…read more"fix" was rubbing some glue on it to keep it from expatding but in no way did it diminish the size of the crack or the visibility of it. This is NOT like Safelite or any other reputable glass repair facility where they push the glue into the crack and make it nearly invisible. After an investigation, the insurance company found that discount Auto Glass had forged my husbands name and received more than $603.99 from my insurance company. What did the insurance company do? Demanded $603.99 check from Discount Auto Glass. What did I do? By posting this, I'm hoping that other customers will check with their insurance to make sure no fraud has been committed on their insurance.
