When someone is in need of road service there's no need to be inpatient and short because I didn't know the names of where my car broke down. There are other stresses involved as it is. Bottom line he said since I didn't know where I was he could let AAA know to send another service to help me. After 30 minutes of waiting, in 95 degree heat and off a major highway. Wow! Not even sure why AAA after all these years of being a customer would use such an I'm unempathetic and unprofessional company. God actually did send an angel to my rescue and took care of me. Think twice about using this company. I would not recommend or refer if it was the last place on earth. Say a prayer it works way better!

We couldn't tow it into a shop, and nobody else in the area was willing to work on a tow dolly. Called and talked to Gaby and George on the phone, and J. J. was dispatched to come out and help us. This is a heavy machine shop that works on big semi trucks, but they were willing to take on a job a little out of the ordinary, and thank goodness as I'm not sure what else we would have done. They arrived in 30 minutes, were very up-front about pricing, and J. J. taught me through the whole process, even changed a wheel seal that had started to fail. The repair took some creativity, but 90 minutes later we were fixed up and ready to get back on the road. Highly recommended.
