They provided delicious coffee and snacks in the waiting room, had the nicest, cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in an automotive business, and provided me shuttle service twice in one day to and from different locations. A small fraction of their many customer service awards and technician certifications are displayed in the waiting room. The manager, John, has a long automotive history in the Tucson area. Every employee I interacted with was courteous, friendly and seemed genuinely happy working there. I would highly recommend Ooroo Auto in Green Valley, Arizona to any car owner.

I was very frightened but was afraid to pull over. I limped the car home in a complete panic. I then asked my handyman what he thought it could be. He told me it was the shield covering the undercarriage and because Saguaro did not properly reattach it, it came loose and was bent backward, scraping the pavement. I will never go there again.

I wanted to have a 4tire rotation done. I asked the price. He said $121.00…read moreI said, nope. No way a simple rotation should cost that much. I left the business. Period. Never going back and plan to spread the word that if you are from out of state, they want to screw you. Period. I went to another service center nearby, and they gave me a quote of $22.33 total. No brainer. I would not recommend Green Valley Auto to anyone. Zero people.

Disappointing Service and Billing Practices…read more My family has spent thousands of dollars with this business, but our recent experience was the final straw. We were charged over $300 for an inspection related to an issue that had already been documented and discussed with staff in 2024. We had previously decided not to pursue the repair due to the cost, yet we were still charged for a diagnosis of a known problem. When we raised our concerns, the owner offered several explanations and only provided a partial credit, which we found unacceptable. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. In the past, we were charged more after incorrect parts were ordered for a repair, and on another occasion a quoted price changed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Based on our experiences, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

By FAR my best experiences with body shops have been at Mark's! Francisco, the main man there is…read morejust outstanding. His estimates are completely reasonable, he is a great guy and is a master at matching paints which often negates the need to paint an entire side of a vehicle only because that side is all one piece. My small motorhome had some relatively minor damage just in front of the rear bumper. A neighboring body shop wanted to dismantle and paint the entire side of my coach to the tune of $13,000. Francisco found that unnecessary, instead saying only the small damaged area needed to be addressed. For just a few hundred dollars (it might have even been less) the repair was made and he matched the existing paint perfectly. I also had another extremely satisfying experience with Mark's regarding more substantial damage and the job was done perfectly. Francisco has a good reputation with my insurance company (State Farm) so they trust his estimates (always reasonable) and don't have a need to send out a rep to assess the damage. This is one of the best, most trustworthy, reliable business I have ever dealt with.
