Oscar, however, has a talent for performing songs I haven't heard but that I instantly like. I guess it's because I like songs that tell stories. And if the stories are humorous and entertaining, even better! I have been pleasantly surprised to learn that some of those new songs I liked were his originals. As a local consumer, and business owner, I have dealt with the public before and believe me I have had plenty of bad experiences with clients and positively resolved numerous issues from my business. This was my 1st time trading with Lesmens. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we needed a speaker and microphone. There was confusion at the facility we chose and weather they had just a mic or speaker. A couple of days prior to the event, the speaker and mic was resolved by the event facility. I called Lesmens to inform them that their service was no longer required and requested a refund. I did sign Lesmens contract for the $150 rental. The answer was no as the 48-hour contractual notification time had expired. At this joyous moment in my life, reading the fine print was not high on my radar. I appealed to their greater conscience and suggested we split the charges as I agree some of it was my fault. The response was still no. I realize business needs to make a profit, but for something so minor as a $150 charge I felt it ridiculous. I will definitely pursue other local venues for my electronic requirements in the future. $150 is a small price to pay for service, in comparison to the REPUTATION that goes a lot further than the measly profit on this order.

His process is flawed, seeing as how most studios these days will charge that kind of money for 10hr session blocks. He knows most artists don't have the money for lawyers in entertainment matters; so he sits there, with your work, your masters and just flys the middle finger at you. I'll be in court with this guy for more time than I'd like to be; avoid at ALL costs. There are better and more worthwhile people you could work with.

Our wedding was in a nice enough venue to begin with, but they added energy that can only come from a talented, live band.
