I didn't have time cause things came up but honestly this is a great studio, the tour was amazing and they offer many other things for music videos and do camera work aswell. They also have a green screen room which is really amazing. Thank you for being informative about what you guys do, it's cool you guys have a stage too. I'll eventually go back some day to order some time or for a music video but amazing place to definitely check out if you live in Albuquerque, no other music studio in Albuquerque i liked more than this. Amazing store, great owner, love the gear and it isn't too expensive either an hour for how much they got there, good value and the free tour was very helpful. They showed me around and I really enjoyed seeing what they have to offer, thank you for the awesome experience and your help. If I ever need studio time I'll for sure come back here and nowhere else, blew my mind!

I stumbled upon Baum's music store 2 1/2 years ago. They have music instructors who provide private…read moreinstruction there. I decided to start flute lessons with one of their instructors. I go into this store once a week for my lesson. The store is stocked with all sorts of musical supplies, books, and instruments. The store is always clean and the staff and owner have always been nothing but friendly. There have been times where my instrument needed some adjustments, and Miles has been right on whatever issue I may be having. Over the last year, they've made some expansions, especially in the service department. I've even bought two instruments from them, and I've sold back one instrument. I'm even grateful for the few restrooms that they have. They are always clean. It's a great store!

After 7 months I just assumed it would not be repairable and was prepared to purchase a different amp from them. When I walked in he pointed to my amp and said, "it's all set!" I was psyched! The amp had a lot of sentimental value to me and knowing it was finally fixed erased almost all negative views of them. $150 total. Understand, if you're bringing in a piece of equipment that is old and needs tubes and all that stuff, it may take awhile. It was explained to me that it's easier and quicker to order 1000 of one part from China instead of just 1. You may be lucky and have it fixed very quickly. They say they "refuse to quit" on anything being fixed and I believe that. The store is in complete shambles, dusty equipment all over the place, which actually didn't bother me. Don't expect service personnel with name tags is all I'm saying...you'll see. Through all the aggravation, VA Services BARELY gets 4 stars .
