I took a chance on an electric guitar on eBay made in Germany in the 60s from Canada and found it to be rather intriguing. The neck had been broken and glued back terribly literally making it look terrible and unplayable! I took it to Kauppila and although John took forever to not only contact me but months went on and on! And finally one day I went back to his shop and I left a note threatening John with court! He responded soon after and made arrangements for me to come after all he still needed to do some work on it! And he explained to be that unfortunately his business had been broken into causing him a tremendous loss! John calls and tells me to come for the guitar I'd left with him for almost 7-8 months. Fixed it and I couldn't be more blessed! Unfortunately, John is leaving the New Mexico he truly loves to a new adventure in New York! This place was hard to get customer service and staff work attire was not worn to show they are staff. The public restroom were dirty and no working soap dispensers and the hallway to the restroom had boxes on left side along the wall. At first I thought we are in the inventory room but we followed the sign for restrooms. My nephew was looking for a pedal but they were slim selection but the staff offered to order product but we declined. Looking at their products was looking very disorganized and sloppy in the display. Even the staff felt bad how the displayed looked and muttered the place was in bad shape.

Our only issue was that the party would be on a Sunday 11 AM to 2 PM and their hours on weekends were 9 - 11 AM. I mentioned that I would like to return the chairs around 4 PM on Sunday. He said "not a problem" because he had someone living on the property. This person loaded the chair in my truck on Saturday and unloaded them on Sunday after the party. Can't beat service like that! I would recommend Table and Chair Rental again. My only issue was that his entrance needs a much larger sign to help us find his place.
