We rented the audio equipment from Tony for our wedding in our backyard and it went perfect. The equipment was set up in no time and at the agreed time. We had a dance floor and the music sounded great. Every person I dealt with was friendly and courteous and the price was not bad at all. Reliable, affordable and PERFECT results. Action Audio Visual took great care and as much time as needed to ensure our equipment was operating top-notch, both prior to during the walk-through we asked for and on the day of the event. This included ensuring our custom fonts were loading properly & the sound quality was superb for precisely the space we would be presenting in.The time needed for both the walk-through and for day-of was longer than anticipated - due to our fonts & streaming content issues - and they didn't complain once or increase their fee. They gave themselves plenty of time to truly make our event a HUGE success. We were EXTREMELY pleased with this team! They also generously discounted our rate as a donation to our nonprofit cause. We couldn't have had a better experience. read more

They did a great job setting up and picking up for our class reunion. The TV was fabulous and the look for the set up was upscale and classy. They were very, very accommodating with our time issues. They were also very responsive and their prices were very reasonable for what we needed. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I am Tony McKenzie, CEO of Action Audio Visual, Inc.. I began working with audio visual equipment when I was 17 yrs old.; which means that I have been doing audio visual for 30+ yrs. I enjoy doing audio visual work. Coming up with new and innovative ideas to create awesome sets for my customers has been one of my passions. I rented a projector, speakers and screen for my wife's memorial. Tony, Irene, John, & Delfino were all great to work with. Equipment was set up (& picked up) on time and they worked w/ me to ensure connection w/ my equipment worked seamlessly. Because I brought different equipment than I said on the telephone, a different cable was required and they went back to the office & returned w/ the right one for no extra cost. They have a wide array of available A/V equipment at very reasonable prices, and whether you're doing a backyard wedding or a professional video project, they've got what you need.
