Therefore, I decided I will go to Woodhouse when I visit San Antonio 1-2 per month. Today I had a pedicure at Woodhouse after not having a pedicure for about a month. My big toenail split. Fortunately it was the thin top layer, but it scared me a bit. Woodhouse Spa's vibe is serene, peaceful and calm. The spa colors are warm - beige, brown, off white. They offer massages and facials also. When you arrive you check in at the front desk and then you are escorted to a waiting area where they bring you the beverage of your choice.
