Upon even further inspection, I opted for a large passionfruit green tea. In order to save time, I ordered my tea through the app and was even able pay for my drink via the Dutch Brothers app. The tea came out quickly and it was mildly flavored with passionfruit and green tea. FYI, a large drink from here is very large. I will definitely be back. Service was great although I didn't get the cashier's name. This location is on Tropicana near Eastern.

The service is hit or miss lately. Sometimes they are so nice, but other times not so much. I just find myself going less and less. Choosing other coffee shops instead. That said, their drinks are not bad. They are pretty sweet & the coffee flavor is not as strong as I'd like. I usually get an extra shot added. If you like a nice, sweet coffee drink then there are a lot of options here for you. I cannot speak on their rebels, since I cannot drink energy drinks. I have also never had their food, except the muffin tops (which are too sweet for me). I do like their flavored lattes, I have just been preferring other coffee shops lately.

I got the the tiramisu latte decaf and also got the strawberry beignet. The staff here is sooo nice. They brought my food and my drink out to me which was really nice. I decided to sit on their super cute patio for a bit cuz the weather is still relatively nice right now. I love that their patio is covered. There is also seating inside, too. I wouldn't say a ton of seating, but definitely a good amount. I looove their tiramisu latte. And I love their cloud tops that you can add on top of any of their coffees. They're SOOO good. Definitely recommend this spot. Their pastries are delicious and their coffee is incredible. So glad to see that they're opening even more locations throughout the valley, too!

Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

I was so pumped to see all of their new locations around the city. I ordered the Nitro cold brew with some vanilla syrup and the Big Bang Burrito. The coffee was fantastic. Crisp, refreshing, and just on the edge of that nitro bitterness, with the help of the vanilla syrup. The perfect coffee for a blazing hot day. For a coffee shop breakfast item, the big bang burrito was huge! Filled with eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, tater tots, and cheese. The crema sauce served with it was amazing and had a nice spicy kick. They have multiple tables inside, along with a couch in a smaller lounge corner. There are a few tables outside and some concrete stadium seating, but when it's 100+ degrees outside, ain't nobody got time for that! I love everything about this place and the few times I've met the owners, they've always been super friendly and engaging.

Maybe she was busy because she was the only one there but other than that I like someone to pep me up in the morning when I'm trying to get my coffee because I'm in a flat affect when I come in. I ended up getting their specialty- palm latte which was a decent price without alternative milk. However, when you substitute with limited options of milk plus tip; you essentially buy a $10 latte. I think is frankly ridiculous in this economy. Clearly you can't afford your real estate and you don't have enough customers coming so you charge a $10 latte. Also, the options for milk is only oat and macadamia. Almond milk is so much cheaper. But I don't own the store so. Anyways, for the $10 latte I paid for - I expected greatness. However, it was okay...it sure wasn't worth $10. The only time I'll pay $10 for a latte is if it's a PURE KONA or venti from Starbucks. It was acidic under all that macadamia milk that tones down the acidity of the coffee. Coconut syrup a bit too much for me. Overall, overpriced for small ice latte TBH. Ambience is pretty nice. Pretty clean perfect for studying. This place is really going for chic, but the location is terrible. You cannot overprice lattes at this location. This coffee shop needs to be somewhere in Summerlin.
