This is a very cozy coffee shop. The music that they had playing in the background really fit the ambiance. I ordered a lavender matcha drink, but it looks like they only have one size available here, which was a small. It looked like the barista was making the drink in a homestyle fashioned kind of way, so it did take a while for it to come out. I've expressed interest in matcha drinks lately, with a little bit of lavender added in, and this one was really good! My hairstylist operates her salon out of her home, which took about 10-15 minutes to get to from here, and I was about halfway done with this drink right when I arrived and I finished it during my appointment. I really liked this place! I don't frequent Eastern too much but I wouldn't mind coming back here again.
