Absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Gabel. I am a lady with a masculine hairline, and Dr…read more Gabel created a hairline that makes me feel like a woman. For so long I've been avoiding going to gyms or being in hot tubs with friends, afraid of windy days because I've been hiding my hairline since highschool. I finally had enough and scheduled an appointment. He is booked out a little ways because he is truly incredible at what he does. I've been on a hair restoration forum for years and any mention of Dr. Gabel is met with "He's the best on the west side of the country" and "Oh he was trained by (can't remember the name)!" who is apparently a pioneer or something for hair restoration. I don't know all the details but Dr. Gabel is personable, professional, and answers his own emails! I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I'm not sure if it mentions on his website, but I did a NO shave FUE. Which means he didn't have to shave half my head to pull the follicles, which was EXTREMELY important for me as a lady, because I didn't know how on earth I would hide that. My MIL is so impressed, she can't even tell I had anything done! I can't wait to see the full results in a few months!!!

Dr. Lopez performed two surgeries on my arms. The first was done through the axilla (armpit)…read moreincisions. While this approach is often preferred, not every patient is a good candidate. Two board-certified plastic surgeons I consulted prior had told me I was not a candidate and would not be happy with the results. Dr. Lopez, however, assured me I would achieve the outcome I wanted, showing me pictures and telling me she had done many surgeries like it with great results. I had the surgery, and a year later I was very unhappy. In many ways, my arms looked worse. For the entire year, Dr. Lopez told me there was nothing more she could do--other than pointing out that now, my arms looked "better in clothes". Sadly, that was not what I had been promised, nor what I paid for. She performed a second surgery, an actual brachioplasty, but the results were still poor and fell far below the standard of care. I then sought multiple evaluations from actual board-certified plastic surgeons. All agreed: the results I was left with were not acceptable, not what I paid for, and fell far below the standard of care. Dr. Lopez offered a third surgery--at an additional charge--but by that point I had lost all confidence in her skills. I found another surgeon who quoted me the cost to repair the damage, an actual board-certified plastic surgeon. Rather than asking for a full refund, I only requested reimbursement for the amount I would need to pay for the corrective surgery. Dr. Lopez has continued to refuse. In my experience, most plastic surgeons will work with patients or provide refunds when the results are clearly unacceptable. Dr. Lopez did not. While I have never sued anyone for anything before, I am having to sue her to get her to do the right thing. So, I ask you, is Dr. Lopez the cosmetic surgeon you really want to do business with? Bottom line: Had I known then what I know now, I would never have scheduled surgery with her. Do your homework. In my opinion, Dr. Lopez talks a good game but does not have the skills to deliver. I wish I had the ability to show you, my arms. Dr. Lopez is a cosmetic surgeon, not a board-certified plastic surgeon. Google the difference, then strongly consider another surgeon.

Instead of providing clear information to help me see if they offered the right service for my needs, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and kept aggressively pushing me to book a consultation just to get answers. When I asked to speak to someone who could actually explain the services, I was met with the exact same script. Refusing to answer straightforward questions about skincare treatments and pushing a consultation instead is poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere. It is a super red flag if a business cannot clearly explain what they are offering. You are not wrong for wanting to know info on what you're paying for and what will be going onto your face or body? I'm not spending time for a consultation without being fully informed to make sure a consultation at your business is even what I'm looking for. That is why people ask questions. Please do better.

She is giving way more injections then needed, and charging you. Each time i got burses and never had them, from any one else i got injections from. She charged me for not showing up to an appointment and i could not get ahold of anyone to cancel it as they were not answering the phones, i left several messages. I even messaged them on their web site to say i could not make it. If you look at the reviews if she does not like what you say here she has to leave a negative response to you... FUE facial hair transplant. From start to finish I had the best experience at Fallon Hair…read morerestoration. Dr. Fallon is very knowledgable, experienced and cares about the work he does as well as the patient. Consultation - Gets an understanding of what I want. Explains the procedure, goes over options for the procedure and gives me a price quote. Pre-Surgery appointment- One week before to finalize exactly what I want, draw on location and allows staff to also see what they will be working on. Explains details and what to expect during and after procedure. Surgery Day- Takes before photos, and begins FUE procedure, very friendly staff talk to me during the procedure and make sure I am comfortable and create a relaxed environment. Dr. Fallon was very good at ensuring I am in no pain throughout the surgery. Because the surgery went through lunch, Dr. Fallon had me choose a sandwich off a menu for the sandwich place across the street which was excellent. They even put on a movie for me to watch. They allowed my Fiancé to come back and check on me during which was nice. They bandaged me up and sent me home with a nice care package all bagged up. After surgery- Dr. Fallon checked with me that evening to make sure everything was going well and answered any questions I had and again in the morning to ensure I made it through the night okay. I made it to the post-op procedure he took pictures and made sure everything was healing which it was. Bottom line, go to Dr. Fallon if you want a smooth, comfortable experience. Having worked in a medical dermatologist office for 3 years I'm familiar with cosmetic procedures including Botox. I had previously gotten Botox at my old work YEARS ago for migraines and wrinkle preventative and I loved it. I always thought the doctor I worked with was conservative, and since the Botox I got from my boss was free it made more sense that she went conservative. But I was very wrong. If you want results but also something conservative Jessie is you're person. I told Jessie how many units I typically got and she did 6 units less. It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is. Instead of doing my forehead which my doctor usually did Jessie opted to only do my lateral eyebrows and my glabella (the frowning wrinkles). I saw results within the next day, and 80-90% results by the second day. My migraine was skipped this month (monthly hormonal related migraine) and my brows are lifted giving me a more awake look. I'm so pleased it's unbelievable. Not only that Jessie gave me advice as to not get Botox until after my second baby is done breast feeding. I'm not pregnant but plan to get pregnant. She sat with me to calculate if the timing was good. I'm so grateful Jessie is so thorough. Lastly, Jessie gave me some advice as to where I could look for employment in Oregon as I had just moved from California. This is top notch customer service. I felt like a VIP, and I'm sure anyone who comes in will too.
