She proceeded to tell him that his money was more important to the business than my money was. So after hearing that the worker realized she messed up his transaction but couldn't figure out what. So I asked if I could please just check in. She rudely said no she wouldn't let me. So I said well you can cancel my account then. I won't be giving money to a company who says my money isn't as important to them as the next person. She refused to cancel my account.

I went back in there and they said they would cancel it and reimburse me. That didn't happen. I had to cancel my debit card and escalate it with my bank. This business has the worst customer service! I would not ever go to this place again to tan!

Called me a liar several times and then offered me $16.00 for a $120.00 dress simply because I didn't have the receipt for a garment I purchased over a year ago. This place is a no go for me, and several of my friends canceled their accounts as well.
