She proceeded to tell him that his money was more important to the business than my money was. So after hearing that the worker realized she messed up his transaction but couldn't figure out what. So I asked if I could please just check in. She rudely said no she wouldn't let me. So I said well you can cancel my account then. I won't be giving money to a company who says my money isn't as important to them as the next person. She refused to cancel my account.

I went into Moonlight and asked to cancel my membership. They assured me that they would take care of it. Several months later, I noticed that they were still continuing to charge my account. I went back in there and they said they would cancel it and reimburse me. That didn't happen. I had to cancel my debit card and escalate it with my bank. This business has the worst customer service! I would not ever go to this place again to tan!

He,also, showed me the different tanning lotions and what each tanning lotion does. I've been to a lot of tanning salons and would rate this as one of the best. She always remembered my name when I walk in the door and I only tan once every two or three months. Until today , it's been impossible to find a stylist that is good, affordable, and pleasant. Kim is awesome and everything I was looking for in a stylist. Thankfully the Yelpers have lead me to this place. She is very very very good with shaved undercuts with razor textured top. They have tanning too. I'm going to check that out also. My guy waited until the very end to apply the paraffin wax. So why did I pay for that? I told him my polish was too light and needed another coat. Nope. My sister-in-law really got screwed because they applied a hot pink instead of the deep orange that she had selected. She tried to object as it went on, but the guy just blew her off and kept going. At the register, she told the English speaking receptionist but got a blank stare. No offer to make things right. We had written down the polish selections and given them to the people! She showed the receptionist the piece of paper, her pedicure color, AND the original display color. It is completely different!!! No offer to make things right. Zero. $70.00 down the drain for hot pink toes in September. We had other poor experiences over the past year being rushed, short leg massages etc. So now, we aren't going back because they are inconsistent and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
