Dr. Moraski is certainly well-intentioned, but on three separate occasions he has either created or been unable to fix tooth issues. And worse, his office has been very unresponsive in our calls for emergency help. This week, for instance, his office is closed all week, but their voicemail message says they are open -- and they did not tell their answering service to warn patients. Our care experience here has been devastating; we have been hurting and unable to reach the office or anyone else. Please be careful if you are making appointments here. We don't want anyone else to encounter these same troubling problems.

He left the tooth extremely sharp and for weeks it cut the inside of my mouth up. A couple years later the tooth disintegrated and I was in severe pain for a long time before I worked up the nerve to go back. I am someone who suffers from a lot of fear and anxiety when it comes to dentists and doctors. This doctor didn't care at all about that. And it really showed with my second visit. He finally decided to extract the tooth. After an hour of cutting my gums up and drilling in and around the tooth, he actually gave up and sent me home with a referral to an oral surgeon. Never in my life had I been in so much pain. I went home spitting out chunks of tooth and fleshy bits from my gums. The oral surgeon he recommended would not see me the following day and his office would do nothing more to help me get help for the state he left my mouth in. I eventually went to the Uconn dental clinic and several dentists working there were extremely disturbed by what Moraski had done to my mouth. It was unheard of to them that a professional would hack someone's mouth up like that and send them home. Luckily, the tooth was dealt with at Uconn (surgery not required). Unfortunately my mouth still has a lot of healing to do from Moraski's work. I soon after found out that I was not the only one who has had such a terrible experience with Moraski. My brother in law also went through something similar. Doctor Moraski may be okay for simpler dental needs. But I would avoid this office for anything more than a basic cleaning.

My remaining teeth were beyond repair being broken and so on, I explained that I wanted to have them all removed and denture's put in The woman cleaning my teeth listened to me very well when I told her to becareful with the cleaning and she did just that. The dentist removed a few teeth then told me she will remove the rest after the holidays so I can enjoy it. Before I returned though South Main Dental called me to tell me that the Dentist actually left the practice, like literally left and never returned. I was upset because she was gentle with me, but another dentist came in and took over her isn't like the lady yes he pulled a few teeth out also but afterwards he didn't prescribe me ibuprofen and amoxicellin. I ended up with infected gums and thank goodness I had a little left of each to help me get through the pain I was dealing with. I just wish dentist offices had a policy to when teeth are pulled make sure the patient goes home with those two items.
