She took time to explain in detail the process, describe what sensations I may experience during the procedure, and what to expect afterwards. She provides a comprehensive pamphlet with after care instructions and follows up directly to see how you're doing after the procedure. She also gives her cell number and is available for questions or concerns any time. I made an appointment a couple of days ago to get a touch up. The salon has moved into a much larger location than my last visit. It has maintained its smart and chic decor. The touch up appointment went smoothly. Britni explained new technology and pigment colors. She also suggested a semipermanent powder to give my brows a polished, almost 3D look. There was no high pressure up sale for the powder; she left it to my comfort level. I did go through the the extra step of the powder and am glad I did. I'm very happy with the results. Face It's prices beat any salon in St Louis. Britni takes time to provide personal, quality service. She's proud of her work and it shows.

She did not put a towel behind my neck when she washed my hair so my back got wet. The color did turn out good, and I am happy with it. However, the price did not match the website. She did roots, cut, and toner. Online a root touch up, cut, and style says it costs $105. However, my total was $175.10. I have never seen toner cost $70! Perhaps, she charged it " à la carte" instead of the combo listed online. I'm still not sure it would have came to $175. And I didn't actually get a style, no flat iron or curling iron. She did blow it dry, but she said she had to so she could cut it dry. I went in expecting full foil, which I know would have cost at least $175, so the price itself is not the issue. It is the price for the service I received did not match the online price. And seems a bit steep considering a full foil, cut and style (listed as flat or curling iron) is only listed as $185.
