Ten out of Ten, and we'll do it again!…read more
We went to CoDung for lunch with my wife and two friends, planning to try their brunch. We showed up a day early, but that worked out in our favor.
We shifted to sushi and nigiri instead. Every roll and piece came out fresh, well-prepared, and consistent. No weak items across the board. We also ordered the Wagyu gyoza, which stood out. Good texture, rich flavor, and cooked right.
I ordered the Pho Surf and Turf XXL. The portion was solid, the broth had depth, and the mix of proteins made it worth ordering again. I left full and satisfied, which says a lot given how often pho can miss on balance.
Our server, Han, made a difference. He stayed engaged without hovering, kept things moving, and had a professional, easygoing approach. Service like that changes how you experience a place.
We didn't get brunch, but we will be back for it.
