Good texture, rich flavor, and cooked right. I ordered the Pho Surf and Turf XXL. The portion was solid, the broth had depth, and the mix of proteins made it worth ordering again. I left full and satisfied, which says a lot given how often pho can miss on balance. Our server, Han, made a difference. He stayed engaged without hovering, kept things moving, and had a professional, easygoing approach. Service like that changes how you experience a place. The ambiance was lively and the food was delicious. They really focus on presentation at the restaurant. Our chicken gyoza was fried perfectly. We also had the surf & turf steak and shrimp dish, cooked in whiskey sauce. All of our food tasted amazing, and I would certainly dine here again when I return to Nuremberg!

Fantastic stuff, the rolls were big and the dip was very tasty. The veggies appeared fresh and the whole thing tasted really good. The dish was served cold which surprised me because I expected a warm appetizer just like a regular Spring roll. I forgot what I had for main dish but it was duck with lots of veggies and mushrooms and a small bowl of rice. The food was not over spiced and the veggies were not over done and soggy. It was truly prepared according to my own taste and it tasted really good. To finish up the meal I had another of those great Caipirinhas and we left the place with a full but happy stomach.
