She was annoyed and proceeded to complain about me while doing her job. When I pointed out that the other nails on my right hand needed buffing. Her hair was perfection, each strand of hair was in its place and the cut was so flattering as well as her color. I asked for the referral. I called Ela and scheduled 2 appointments for myself and my daughter. Last time I had a haircut this good was 17 years ago when I lived in NYC. Coincidentally, turned out we both lived in the same neighborhood and Ela knows my former stylist. She has the same training and background, we had a lot in common and our conversation was fun. . It's been 3 days since my haircut and I received so many compliments. My husband NEVER says anything about how I look, EVER!but he actually complimented my new look this time and that alone says a lot. I am very pleased and scheduled my color appointment soon.
