I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this security camera installation company!…read moreFrom start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, helped me choose the best camera locations, and completed the installation with excellent attention to detail. The workmanship was clean and professional, and everything was set up perfectly. They also took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before they left. I now have much greater peace of mind knowing my property is properly protected. It's clear that this company takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, punctual, professional, and highly skilled security camera installation company, I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Absolutely top-notch service from beginning to end! I would definitely use them again. To add, I had a small hiccup with one of the cameras bugging and not showing up on my NVR. This of course wasn't their fault. Even though I provided the cameras and the wires, they still showed up after hours and helped me free of charge! Thank you David and Ramon! I wish you much success in your business and in the future I will call and recommend them when I need work done!

What I did not expect was the extremely rude and dismissive response I received afterward. There was no attempt at understanding or professionalism; just a very off-putting, condescending tone that immediately made me uncomfortable moving forward. Customer service is part of the service, and based on this interaction alone, I decided I no longer wanted them in my home. Mistakes happen. How a business responds to them matters, and unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of courtesy and customer care.

Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. To use the word disappointed in someone that I thought was lot more professional and kind, even though his employment was at an end is an understatement. It's not an easy thing being in CA in this situation but as sorry as I am that the courier had to endure the harassment that was dished out on her, I can say that my experience with Denise and the Express Courier Systems was absolutely top notch!! Back to square one in the morning but thank you so much Denise, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you!! Take care, stay safe, and God Bless! Kim
