He provided a very detailed list of exactly what was needed -- down to the T. I'm very organized and made sure every single item on that list was turned in. Everything was submitted exactly as requested, and Ken personally confirmed that all documents were received and even commended me on my diligence throughout the process. Then, out of nowhere, the secretary claimed they didn't have certain documents -- even though Ken had already confirmed they did. Since then, it's been difficult to reach him directly, and we've been passed around to different people who don't seem to be on the same page. We were also told from the start that we only needed to complete one counseling certificate, which we did. Later, we were informed we'd have to pay for another one. The process has been confusing, inconsistent, and very unorganized. We're still in the middle of this process, and unfortunately, it continues to feel all over the place. At this point, we're hoping to get our money refunded.

However, he said I had further options for the case. He charged me more money to represent me. This time he was unprepared to argue my case missing key elements I gave him. He completely ignored my ex's counter suit. In fact, I asked him why he didn't say anything and his exact words were "don't worry about that." Needless to say I lost and the counter suit was awarded. Now this is where it gets good. After the loss, he refused to answer emails, he refused to return phone calls, he had his secretary say he would call me right back. He absolutely refused to discuss the outcome because he knew he f'ed up. I put my trust and A LOT of money in him and he was a waste. Being afraid to discuss his loss was amazing. Do not use him!
