I am so in love with Moo. I first used Moo last spring to order a box of mini-cards. I can't even begin to describe the excitedness I felt when that first box arrived. The cards came in this cute, recycled plastic box and I was truly impressed by the quality of the cards. At 100 cards for $19.99 USD, it's a great deal. The cards arrived on time and (5-7 business days) with no tracking number. You only get a number if you pay for express shipping. Later when they developed business cards, of course I had to order a box! These cards were of the same quality as the mini cards but even better in my opinion. I've already been through 2 boxes and I can say that a lot of my friends were really impressed with the cards too. Business cards come in packs of 50 for $21.99. You can also order 200 cards for $69.99; for both, you can use up to 50 images. You can have printing on both sides or just one side. This past Christmas, I really wanted to design my own cards and decided that ordering them as Moo Postcards with my photo on the front would be the perfect way to go. (Postcards come in packs of 20 for $19.99 or 60 for $49.99 and you can format the back however you want.) Moo also prints stickers and regular greeting cards but I have not ordered either product. I have never had a problem with my orders from Moo and I find their website is very user-friendly. I'm extremely pleased with their services and am very satisfied. I've ordered products from moo for the first time ever. Being based in germany, i have relied on german companies for my contact card printing needs. However moo has some great variety on cards, like the mini mohawk luxe card which is 600gm^2 - so it's quite thick. Before i ordered my cards they shipped a sample pack free of charge to check out the quality and diffrent types of cards which was an amazing service. The process of ordering is quite simple and straightforward, just takes a few steps. Pricing, Production and Shipping time is fine too. The cards come in very nice packaging and the quality is just awesome. I didn't expect any less. Superb colors, the card feels amazing and i will be happily giving them to my customers. UPDATE: 7/3/17 - I finally received my cards this morning & the beginning of my address is cut off on every single card. This was not the case with the proof I received. I would have never approved the proof if it had my address cut off. Isn't there any quality control at this place? Does anyone take their job seriously here? I ordered my cards on 6/28 for overnight delivery to arrive on 6/30. I contacted Moo via email to let them know I needed these on 6/30 the latest as I was on a time crunch & 2 other companies I ordered from within the past 2 weeks who promised delivery on that date had encountered delays. I was assured that Moo would have my cards out in time, but was told that they can't guarantee UPS would have it to me in time. I was told that "MOO does not carry out the delivery and there can always be external circumstances which causes delays." I understand that. But I've come to find out that Moo did not have my order to UPS in time for it to get to me on 6/30 & instead they are blaming UPS. UPS has a 7pm cutoff time for overnight shipping & this package wasn't in UPS' possession until 10:26PM. Almost 3 & a half hours after the 7pm cutoff time. So I'm paying for overnight service & this company can not get it out on time. I needed these cards for this weekend & now I'm being told that I have to wait 3 more days for something I paid to receive overnight. I will never use this company ever again. read more

Bad customer service at Moo USA. When enquiring about product shipment before order placement, representative failed to mention shipment options or concerns to watch out for. If you choose a faster shipping speed, they will also choose the most expensive-processing-fee shipping company without prior consent from you or choice of other shipping companies if you are sending the item to Canada. You can ask them about shipping beforehand, but they will not proactively offer this information about carrier information. Their product and shipping calculator will also fail to inform you of these potential charges. FAQ will reveal that other shipping companies are available, yet you will not be given a choice. All you will be informed of is extra cost for expedited service. Are they purposely misleading international clients? I can't say. This negligence in informing clients crucial information and the lack of details or clarity on their Canadian website is decidedly why I will never use them again. They have a "Passing the buck" mentality that will result in a case where you will always pay more to have the privilege of paying more. However, the main reason for 1/5 stars is their customer service. It is friendly, although unknowledgeable, before order placement, and combative and defensive after. They will politely tell you to fuck off in many euphemistic terms. There is no Moo guarantee. Do not expect them to be responsible for printing issues or for shipping issues. Given the choice, unless you live around the corner from them, choose a local printing company who is more accountable and honest. read more

I ordered 50 of the Luxe Business cards as a test run to see the quality and speed of printing. They now have a U.S. print facility. The order was placed on 3/3/13 and they were received at my office on 3/11/13. I can say that I am happy with the cards although 50 business cards for $46 isn't for everybody. But if you was a VERY thick card (thickness does make a difference), this is the way to got. I would recommend Moo to friends and associates. read more

Yes it does, but unfortunately I ordered my cards on December 18th to have ready for a professional meeting that I will soon be attending in January. Moo did not offer me any tracking information but did say my order would arrive in 5-7 business days. Even after padding that shipping estimate for holiday delays, my cards should have arrived long ago and still, nothing! I became worried at the new year when they still had not arrived and contacted the company thinking it would give them plenty of time to rectify the situation. Instead they told me to wait and then if the cards didn't show up by the January 14th, they would refund my order. I explained that I would rather have a rush order re-printed and shipped as it was and is too late for me to design cards elsewhere. No response. Today they told me that I would get a refund. When? I don't know. I am completely unsatisfied as I am still without cards for the meeting that I needed them for and have not received any compensation for this mess. It seems unreasonable to be shipping out packages globally in this day and age without tracking information. Cute. Unique. Fascinating. Loveable. Transatlantic. Concentrated Awesome. Yes, I hear the cries of "You cant review yourself!", however Moo Cards have a quality I don't; they are cheap! A mere £15 for 100 individual unique mini cards. Bargain! You can easily connect to photos from various websites including flickr and facebook. Anyone who has ever met me knows how much I use these mini cards as "friend cards". Each card has a photo that I took and then a story, they are unique and memorable (And I get to show off my pseudo artistic skills). The quality is excellent and I've never had to wait more than 5 days for a delivery. Others who have used them have done things like personalised party invites or personalised advertising. They also do business cards and stickers but my first love are the mini cards. I can't comment on their customer service as there has never been a problem. Moo I love you. read more

After starting a blog, I've been asked to speak on a panel along with a few other opportunities and realised it would be really handy to have some cards to hand out that weren't my normal day to day business cards. I created my own designs and printed them through Moo Prints. When it came to shipping choices, they offered collection at their pop up shop in the Shoreditch Boxcar Park. I get majority of my business and stickers from Moo. Lucky for me I have a designer who does all the nitty gritty things that I cannot do! Their prices are relatively cheap depending on how much you order. Also their customer service team is very good! I was having trouble choosing the right sticker size and also the background for it etc, they sorted it all out for me within half an hour, and even offered a discount!!! Winner winner!! Also their delivery is bang on point, its free next day!!!! Their website is very user friendly. I prefer these guys more to vistaprint! My business cards are the bees knees!!! I have repeatedly been impressed by the customer service and product quality of Moo. Their business cards are very high quality and customizable. Every time I've ordered cards, they've been exactly as displayed in the proof and promptly delivered with regular updates. The only exception was most recently when the cards arrived late and were misplaced by the postal service. In ~5 minutes on Moo chat, a new batch was scheduled to be reprinted and delivered to an alternative address free of charge. This is an A+ company and service in my book! read more

After hours of research online, I have selected MOO Print and before placing my order, which was unique, I called them and spoke in details with the rep, ensuring they understand what I need, can deliver and most importantly deliver on time by expediting my order. This was the only reason I chose them as I was told "Yes" to all those things. After paying extra, the delivery never came on time and I was not notified about the delay until after I called them. Apparently there was an issue with printing, but they never dared to let me know (the order was placed on Friday and never arrived on Thursday a week after). I needed my business so badly for a special event that I was leaving to and they failed me so badly. Never using MOO PRINT nor do I ever recommend them to anyone. read more

The images they have from the Victoria and Albert museum are my favorite and I'm working on building my Flickr account so I can use my own images next time. I get told by their customer service rep. that he/she checked with IT and there was no issue with their site.. the issue is clearly with me the customer ....umm right. Yes, this company has great products - at least it seems so by the website. Unfortunately, I guess I will never know though. Tried to set-up order for 200-300 sets of business cards a year, but was never able to get the assistance I needed to actually get a corporate account arranged. Very poor customer service and not sure how they stay in business. read more

Ordered a fairly sizeable batch of business cards from Moo and results where pretty poor. Trimming was off centre on a large proportion of the cards and laminate started peeling off just by handling them. Really disappointed with the results. read more

Terrible service. Paid a high price for a quality service and at this time the cards are two weeks late. A promise of "next tuesday" and a promo code is all I have received. Can't comment on the quality of the actual product as none has arrived. Better to choose another company, Moo is expensive and doesn't deliver. read more
