Her coworker, Alexander came in while we were getting everything ready and the 3 of us ended up chatting quite a bit about life in London as they inquired about life in LA. Not only did my letter get sent with no problems, they both were knowledgeable and very friendly! It is just a shame that I will be moving out of the area, otherwise, I'd love to get a mailbox with them to facilitate receiving mail and boxes from my lovely online shopping habit. :) I'm just glad that they put me at ease and were able to help send my document right out, the fact that they were nice and friendly was unexpected and a nice way to an otherwise stressful morning.

We received outstanding customer service -- prompt responses to e-mails, help with packing, etc. If you find yourself in a similar situation, this is a convenient way to handle it. I needed to ship a few parcels to Dublin, Glasgow, and Manchester and was sorted in short order at very affordable shipping rates via FedEx or Royal Post. While his underling was very friendly, it seems some more up-training is in order. Though the space is quite spare, I was able to secure all the necessary packaging to get the goods where they were going, and the entire exchange took no more than twenty minutes.
