so i was a complete putz and needed some fliers printed STAT. i went in, told the guy i need 300 A7 double sided colour fliers by that evening and braised myself for the "no" i was sure i was going to get. "sure," he says, " no problem. let me crunch some numbers for you. give me the files and it will be all set in an hour and a half." i must have looked looked ready to hug him out of joy because he gave me a look and chucked. "that help your stress levels much?" yes would be the answer. the same thing happened a few weeks later. this time i called ahead, and they still had my files on their computer. this time "sure, come by in 30 min." it was £50, both times, which is cheap when youre freaking out, but if you compare to some prices you'll find online and have the time, its rather expensive. however! the second time he threw in an extra 100, so i still love them. note: they only do cash, so be sure to bring in the green. or blue. or purple. whatever. read more

Absolutely horrendous. I was subjected to verbal abuse for simply asking them to print 20 black and white copies in an hour. Then when I got them most of them had dirty finger prints and food stains on them. How this business can get away with being so unproffessional is shocking. They also charged extortionate prices, including an extra £10 for the traumatic experience. I suggest you aboid this place at all costs. read more

Walked in and the place was complete chaos - they rushed me through half my print job, didn't need colour OR card printing but they didn't bother to ask, so I paid a lot more than I should have for a dozen sheets of what should've been bog standard A4 printing. Then announced they didn't have time to finish the second half of my job (granted, it was 45 mins till closing, but warn me beforehand!). They were friendly enough but I wouldn't go back there. Had a disaster of an experience with these guys. Had a last minute job which they assured me over 2 phone calls they could complete. It transpired however they were understaffed, disorganised and left me with a sub standard job I've had to pay another company to save. Artwork was sent at 9am via email followed with a phone call and very clear instructions. At 2pm get a phone call saying they had only just got to the job - and was very clear they hadn't read any of the instructions and were very reluctant about the whole thing. Sadly it was now too late to go anywhere else so I agreed to do all the cutting and mounting myself - all they needed to do was print the artwork on vinyl and provide the board. I arrived to pick up at 4pm and the office was chaos - 2 guys running around very stressed doing 2 or 3 jobs at a time, another one sat in the corner playing on his phone. My order wasn't ready and the guy serving me left me in the corner for 10mins whilst he sorted a courier. Finally got the order and was informed they didn't take cards - so had to go to cash point. Back at home i've discovered 2 of the 3 print outs are the wrong size, and one of those is also a really strange colour - so both are unusable. It's a shame - I wish they had said out right they couldn't do the job and saved us both a lot of time, money and stress. Won't be using again. read more
