I got my car broken into a couple days ago, and my deductible can't even cover it. This isn't the first time that my car had been vandalized before either. A few years ago, my parked car was struck by a hit and run and with such a long and aggravating process, I was told the lady had no insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for the damage. At this point, they're getting away with so much it's not even funny. On top of paying these scammers for making sure they insure us, we still have to deal with the financial burdens of things that sometimes we didn't even cause to begin with. How they're still open is beyond me. AAA is the way to go

My assigned agent kept saying that they are not picking up the phone so there's nothing he can do. I called the supervisor and managers and non of them got back to me until a month later. Everyone that I have spoken to seems really lazy about their job and kept passing me to someone else. So basically I just paid monthly for years and when I really needed them, they do not advocate for their clients and abandon me with the damages to my car that I have to deal with on my own even though it wasn't my fault. I am sharing what happened to me so people can be warned and not go through the struggle that I went through. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!

Allstate pricing is fair reasonable and auto-payment gives us a sense of policy security. Last year ... OMG ... homeowners policy was on the chopping block because we live in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone in Calaveras County. Alejandra and Andy went to work on our behalf to aquire California Fair Plan dwelling fire insurance. It took nearly 6 months to work out details and in the end premium was about $800 annual increase. We heard stories of $5000 increases and more. Fusion Agency realizes the value of loyal customers and will work extra hard to retain commited policyholders. Jumping from insurance to insurance you loose grandfather customer loyalty and pay higher premiums. Stick with Fusion Insurance ... it pays in the long run.

I am OK providing the necessary information but the process was very annoying because I frequently had to follow up with my agent to remind her to complete the next step. After about a week and a half, I stopped hearing from my agent about the quote she had promised. I reached out to her and asked if Farmers was going to quote my insurance. She said yes and yet another week has gone by with no contact from my agent. At this point I'd fed up with Farmers and don't want to do business with them. Overall, the company was very unprofessional! If they can't insure me, that's fine but please be up front about it. Otherwise, it's a waste of my and the agents time!
