Hamid has on numerous occasions gone over our coverage and explained what he thought I should get. End result is I have the coverage I need, and I am not paying for things I don't need. Recently a drunk driver lost control of his car and drove into our house causing some serious damage. Usually, the agents don't get involved in the claims process, but Hamid got things started with our claim and made sure we had what we needed in the moment. I really appreciate his help at a very difficult time. He has earned our trust and loyalty. I highly recommend Hamid.

I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. They've dropped the ball too many times…read moreregarding my home policy. I've put 3+ hrs of my time into cleaning up their multiple mistakes. Per Lucia issue started from when Maurice entered my new policy in 2020, they've been sending my statement to the wrong address since 2020!! That's the first issue that I had to clean up! They've been paid twice, once by my bank (I have the tracking and signature of farmers rep who rec'd that check payment, Farmers had been provided this proof too) they can't tell me what happened to the check from my bank or why it wasn't applied to my account last month and cancelled my policy with NO notice to myself. I just happened to jump online to print my auto policy details and stumble across my home POLICY CANCELLED for a month now, when was Maurice's office going to notify me? ... Chatted with Lucia who promised me that the account can be corrected and retroactively put back into active status ONLY if I pay that day or the next day the "very latest" since we're approaching a month (even though this is alll their error). She stated that my bank was going to send ANOTHER payment overnight, but that I needed to also pay myself and would get a refund (so at that point would mean farmers got paid 3 times!). I don't trust I'd get my money back after all their errors. My bank has been awesome along the process and they deposited the funds into my account rather than sending to farmers. I paid by phone, requested an emailed receipt. No payment applied and my account is still "cancelled" as of this past Saturday. I shouldn't have to babysit this office and that's what I've been doing for a flipping month, they've been paid twice and I have a cancelled policy. Don't let this office waste your time, I've put in a lot of time attempting to clean up THEIR mess. Left a message this past Sat to inquire why I still have a cancelled policy, they've been open 3 hrs today and I haven't gotten a call back, total final reflection of the "service" they "provide" at this specific location. I switched agents.

I'm not one to give a mean review and I rarely ever give one star reviews. Usually I'll find…read moresomething decent about the place and round it up to 2 stars. I don't know much about cars or car insurance. But I assume that if your ever in an accident or have a question about your insurance policy you should be able to call your agent and expect to talk to someone. WRONG. Not here. If you ever try to call him 8/10 times he's away, according to his message machine "he's out of the office or assisting customers"... Yeahhh sureeee... And I'm out trying to solve world hunger. A few months ago, my sister's car was involved in a hit and run. When we called the insurance agency, no one returned our calls and this being our first hit and run ever we didn't know what to do. We also had questions about what a deductible was (yeah we're that clueless) and so instead we called Farmer's corp and they helped us through everything. You would think after receiving a bunch of panicked messages from us, someone from this agency would give us a call back right? WRONG AGAIN. Days, months passed by and no call. No call to see what we needed, to see how the car was, and most importantly no decency to give us a call to see how my sister was doing. NOTHING. My dad chose this place because it was convenient for him and they spoke Vietnamese. But really people if that's your only incentive to get insurance here it's not worth it. Your better off at a place that spoke Latin or pig Latin. At least they would give a damn and give you a call back. Seriously though with the thousands of cars on the road, the crazy, distracted drivers and the fact that there are millions of things that can go wrong while on the road or driving. It's nice to know that if anything happened your insured and someone is looking out for you. After my policy is up, I might just being singing... Like a good neighbor State Farm is there...

Todd works to communicate with you about the needs you may presently have, or future ones you haven't even considered yet. He teaches complimentary financial workshops and never pressures you to make decisions regarding your finances. He's informative without being pushy. I receive semi-regular emails about upcoming events and topics that may be of interest to me. He even announces fundraisers that he's participating in, the most recent to benefit animals. Love! He takes the time to talk about current events and news, and is open to discuss how these things may personally affect you. Mass Mutual can assist with investments, 401k rollovers, annuities, and insurances such as disability, long term care and life insurance. Todd is happy to sit and explain benefits he sees for individuals and families. I honestly feel like he's more of a caring person than a sales person. Perhaps that's because of the intelligent and low-pressure atmosphere he creates when speaking with you. Call MassMutual and ask about topics for Todd's upcoming social events and mixers. Note: I realized TODAY, that MassMutual has an office in our building as well (formerly Hartford) - I always see their employee Helen in the office and she's very friendly and sweet, but I haven't done any work with her :)
