Be careful! Borderline scam business. I had a keyless Weiser lock which didn't work, likely due to battery issues and didn't have the backup key with me, so got locked out. Called them and gave me a quote for $15 evaluation fee + $35 as a starting fee depending on the complexity. They sent a guy after 2 hours who didn't have a clue what he was doing. Took a cursory look and said there's nothing he can do but to break the lock and drill it out. He charged $200 for that! Won't use the service ever again! read more

Worst service ever. I called them because I locked my keys inside my car. Fortunately, a of my windows was slightly opened. While I was waiting for the guy to come unlock my car, I was able to open the window more, making it extremely easy for the locksmith guy to unlock my car. When he came, he ignored the easy and fast solution (using the opening of the window) - I proposed it to him multiple times - and proposed me some idiotic alternatives considering the fact that it would take him 14 seconds using the opening that I has created. I refused his idiotic proposition and still had to pay 50$ for 5 minutes of the worst client service I have ever seen. Just so you understand how easy it would have been to unlock my car, about 5 minutes after the locksmith guy left, I found a rusted broomstick on the street and was able to unlock my car withing the next 2 minutes with it (using the strategy that he refused to use). This is, at this point, the thing that irritated me the less, but the locksmith guy also had an kind of agressive tone and showed zero empathy for my situation. read more

They told me they would be here within the hour. 4h 30min later they said sorry, not today and the never came. Told them to cancel as I was already sceptical with all the bad reviews. Awful company trick business model!! Do not call this company they will take advantage of you! We called them to come open a door lock as the key wouldn't trigger the latch. They give you a minimum price over the phone of 125$ due to Coronavirus (it was 65$) and told us it depends on the complication of the job. The technician came on time, he looked at the handle, said it was a complicated job thus quoted 185$. I had to agree, i had no other choice. I tried bargaining and he would refuse to reduce the price, i still had to pay 125$ as he claims it is unrelated. Then saying service call is 125$ without ANY WORK done... sums up to 350+$ tx in ****It then took him less than 2min to open****. On arrivant le gars commençait à me raconté n'importe quoi , il me disait que c'est une poignée qui avait une sécurité accrue., alors que c'était une poignée bein ordinaire qui se vend chez canadian tir au coût de 25$. Il m a proposé un pris entre 150$ et 250$. La première et de brisé ma porte côté poignée qui était complètement débile comme idée. Si je voulais brisé la porte je le ferais moi-même. Et la deuxième et de brisé la poignée. J'ai refusé et après il me disait je vais faire une troisième option mais tu dois me payer 150$, l'ancien locataire avait brisé un petit bout côté crochet de la poignée (semblerait qu'il avait le même problème que moi). Donc il a pris un tourne vis plat et il a ouvert la poste ça lui a pris 10 secondes. Lil voulait me charger 150$ avec 0 effort. Il a pris finalement avantage de moi et il est parti avec 120$. Pour moi c'est de l'escroquerie. Au téléphone il te dise 15$ pour l appel de service et sur place il va te charger à partir de 35$ selon la complexité de la tâche. Literally the worst service!!!!! The guy tried to convince me to pay $600 for a $50 lock! He was extremly rude and unprofessional and kept arguing with me and wouldn't let me talk to his supervisor even by though I asked many times. Terrible service would not recommend. Extremely shady about pricing and only told us the final price after all of the work was done. If i could give less i would. I was locked out of my car at 9:30am and called them, they quoted around 35$+, the technician came 3 hours later even though they quote 15min avg and kept giving different excuses. Then he unlocked the door in 2min and charged 150$! Dont recommend. read more

The worst service ever!! A guy came to our place started by saying it gonna cost us 250cad + tax to open and to replace a garage door lock which cost only 16cad at Rona. We told him that it's too expensive and that we gonna see with someone else the price dropped to 170cad tax incl!!!, He started to do the job and broke a second part of the door lock after 15 mins, he did not even got this part with him, and he told it's gonna cost us an extra 50cad for him to go t buy one and come back to replace, omg that was just crazy!!!! read more
