They got here and after evaluating the situation, proceed to ask for 300$ to make the service. Which we denied and still got charged 50$. When I ask why they don't provide info on the phone about the price( minimum fees or travel cost).. He laughed at me and said that the price could change at anytime. Also forgot to mention I made the call for my neighbour who is an elder woman of 80 plus years old and it was winter and cold outside. Avoid this place

One of the "extra" locks on our door is lockable from the inside and so that's how we got locked out. Of all times for this to happen, it was a Sunday afternoon! I was sure we would have to research for hours and pay hundreds of dollars to find someone to help us! LUCKILY this guy answered right away (we found him on Google, 1st result and had good reviews). He showed up in less than 30 mins (it helps that we live downtown of course) and it took him 5 mins to open the door! The best part is that the price for such quick and WEEKEND service was under $100! I forget the exact amount. We paid cash so it might be more if you use Visa. Also, it wasn't a deadbolt and we live downtown so that might have been to our advantage price-wise :) What I thought was going to be a nightmare of a day turned out to be a minor hiccup in my afternoon. Really so thankful for such excellent service! Tip: You have to show ID with your address on it of course.
