A colleague suggested I go for the Medeco brand, which while much more expensive is also much more secure. After I called in, the owner came to see me and he gave me a free estimate. After shopping around some more, I found that he had the best deal and gave him the okay. While I wanted to change both the inner and outer locks, he rightfully pointed out that changing only the outer lock was unnecessary in my case. I could still keep my inner lock without risk. A true professional, he doesn't sell people stuff they don't need. Definitely going to recommend him.

Avoid this place…read more Expensive disloyal and rude. Ask for price prior to service on the phone, they told me that first we have to assess the situation. They got here and after evaluating the situation, proceed to ask for 300$ to make the service. Which we denied and still got charged 50$. When I ask why they don't provide info on the phone about the price( minimum fees or travel cost).. He laughed at me and said that the price could change at anytime. Also forgot to mention I made the call for my neighbour who is an elder woman of 80 plus years old and it was winter and cold outside. Avoid this place
