Really lousy experience... Avoid at all costs!
After several mails exchanged, I Recently ordered an expensive Breitiling watch from Montredo, which according to the web site was 'in stock'
Long story short, after full payment and two requests to know the whereabouts of my watch,
14 days after payment, it turns out that the watch is not in stock after all, and has been sold... But not to panic, as they are willing to reimburse the watch in question or I am welcome to have a similar one at no extra charge -the so called similar one has unmatched dial colors with bracelet-, but I will still be required to wait an additional 5 days.
To add insult to injury, this is the kind of company that 'kills' you with their insincere politeness, as they are 'sooooo sorry' and 'sooooo disappointed' on your behalf, but make no commercial gesture to placate the customer and since they are sitting on your money, not much you can do about it...
I requested the CEO's comments about the whole fiasco, but doubt very much he will grace me with his attention. read more
