Pitiful stock and indifferent service. I went to Hermes looking for a good pair of well-made leather shoes. Their entire stock consists of about eight styles of sneakers and two choices for low boots. No shoes at all! The woman I spoke to seemed eager to emphasize that she could not help me. Customer service was the last thing on her mind. read more
