This year he had to return to Berlin in November and I asked if he could take it in to show them what had happened. When arriving at the store the lovely gentleman was surprised to see what had happened to my bag after only 1 months use. He immediately offered to send it in for repair to Italy and then ship it to us in San Francisco all free of charge. My husband was blown away as was I. It just arrived today looking brand new! I was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic customer service. I am also in the handbag industry and understand what it takes to repair a handbag so thank you for taking the time to fix my beautiful gift.
