One of the highlights of our trip! My wife and I did a 2 hour tour which felt just about the right amount of time. I called with short notice and they were able to get a tour guide and accommodate my request within 2 hours! The scooters were great, we were beginners and had no problem managing them. Our guide did an amazing job prepping us and ensuring we were able to navigate traffic together. Montréal is big, the tour gives you a chance to see a lot of the popular atttractions and neighborhoods that you may not visit otherwords. I think the price is totally fair considering it's a private tour and you can essentially request your own custom itinerary or let them take you around! read more

And the helmets are also like new and very clean. The scooters go up to 90km super exciting if you're into speed. The owner Jerome is really cool and makes the renting experience simple. In and out onto your scooter with a full tutorial in less than 15 minutes. Then you can cruise around at your own pace or go with one of their tours. Plus the prices are reasonable for what you get. Our last hour was only $5. Pro tip: ditch Waze and go with Google maps, Waze sent us through a speed tunnel, and it was fairly scary. read more

What a fun way to see highlights of Montreal! We checked in to the cozy rental office right at 11:00 for our session and the staff was very friendly. We quickly took care of the legalities, got our helmets and drinks, and proceeded outside to commence training. Anda, our guide, was courteous and patient as she showed us how to operate the scooters, which none of my family had ever ridden. After a little practice we were off...sort of. A malfunctioning throttle led to a quick scooter change and then we were off for real. First stop, Montreal's F1 track-how fun! Then to the biosphere, an open air market (can't recall the name) , then to the top of Mount Royale for a great view of the city. Despite some trepidation on the part of my kids (16 & 20), they had a blast. Oh, so did their parents! Fun and safer than you might think. So glad we did it! read more

We just had time for the 2 hour tour (I think our tour guide was Ald?)... anyway, the tour was great! We visited the Biodome, Mont Royal, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Habitat 67, and various other landmarks. She was a wealth of information and was able to answer ALL of out questions (mark of a good tour guide IMHO). This is one of the most unique ways to see Montreal. Jerome was wonderful and gave me a wonderful tour of the city. Rates were really easy and starting out in Old Port gave you a great start to scootering. Especially in the narrow roads. You start off with a demonstration to make sure you know what you are doing. I went on the Formula 1 track, Atwater market and Mont royale. It was really neat and you can't get a better view than being on a scooter. Also parking was very easy with a scooter and this made my trip more enjoyable as I was able to spend more time on the trip enjoying the sights on the tour. read more

I tried scootering for the first time at my first visit to Montreal. Jerome and Julia were amazing! Jerome was very accomodating and Julia was a great instructor. The rates were very reasonable and I would highly suggest checking out the promotional page on their website for fun discounts. The High Heels and Suits one being one of my favorites! I'm not quite sure what some people would do renting a scooter for an hour. It seems to take that long just to get through all of the stop signs and traffic. We rented our scooters for 8 hours and that didn't seem like enough time! If you're coming from out of the country, I would highly recommend getting a paper map for navigation as sometimes the wifi and data roaming can be spotty and GPS can drain your phone battery which leaves it useless for navigation. We had some obstacles getting started on our scooter trip. The big one being my dog having breathing troubles. Jerome and Julia were super accomodating at letting him stay with them so we could enjoy our excursion. Julia also gave us a quickie trip list: Atwater Market, Mont-Royal Lookout, a destination I can't remember, and BioDome. My phone died by the time we got to the Lookout so we happily got lost for the remainder of our rental. This past weekend my mom and I got a double and I drove us to the botanical garden, mont Royal and all around! They have convenient storage compartments and an amazing phone holder so you can navigate! Be prepared to put down a $750 or $1500 deposit before you ride. We came from California looking for a good way to explore Montreal and found Montreal Scooters on google. I must just say, scooters are absolutely the best way to get around...free parking (typically parking in front of most of our destinations), incredibly convenient and efficient. We rented for 4 days, traffic was light the whole time, so it would be easy even for beginner riders. Within 2 days, we saw most landmarks and visited most major attractions. We were able to ride all over town to get to some of the best restaurants at all hours of the night. Jerome and the guys were very helpful, friendly and supplied some nice momo helmets. Just finished this awesome tour! Julia was great, funny, so down to earth. This was the best way to see Montreal. Today is Labor Day and I'm glad they were open. Booked the 11am 3 hr tour. It ended up being a private tour with just my girlfriend and I. This tour was so much fun! Today was a beautiful day. No traffic, sunshine, zero humidity. Absolute perfect day. Went to Montreal a couple weeks ago with two of my friends and stumbled upon this cool spot and decided to try it out. This was by far one of the best experiences that we've ever had. So happy that I came here as my first stop in Montreal! Even though they were technically closed for the winter (they open up in April), they took time out and made an appointment with us so that we could still get scooters and ride them for an hour. The guys were super helpful and nice! We ended up spending about half an hour just getting used to the scooters and through out the entire time, the guys were sweet and let us practice. Accidentally discovered this little gem just walking around the old port! Didn't know it was so easy to rent- don't even need a motorcycle licence! Scooters were super easy to get used to especially for the pedestrian friendly downtown Montreal area. They said they didn't usually do tours but would make one for us and take us to the local attractions. We take Segway tours all over the United States. On our first trip to Montreal, we wanted to do something a little different. After looking through TripAdvisor we found Jerome at Montreal Scooter and we could not be more happy that we did. The TripAdvisor app has an Uber plug-in making a ride to the location simple, then the process of renting the scooters was painless as well. This was my girlfriend's first ever time driving anything two wheeled and motorized (although experienced on bicycles), but with Jerome's instruction she picked it up in less than five minutes. Afterward she said the scooters were the most fun she's had this entire trip. We ended up extending our initial two hour rental for several more hours.
