He was helpful and timely with designing a planting bed for us. The scheduling took longer than planned, but it was acceptable. Recently, a crew came with a spray truck to do the mulching of larger beds. After the spraying was done, one guy worked a leaf blower to tidy the mulch that sprayed onto the lawn while the other guy sat in the truck on his phone. They abruptly announced that they were leaving because the truck guy was late getting to the Cape to go fishing. When I got a chance to inspect the work they did the next day, I found that at least 15 young perennial and annual plants had been completely covered with mulch, killing most of them and severely damaging the surviving few. Then, I was working with an electrician to do some outdoor wiring that required a trench for conduit and asked for someone to come look and provide me a quote and timeline. I was promised that someone would come by the next day and I am still waiting. That was at least 3 weeks ago. My electrician has moved on to other jobs and I will have to not only dig the trench myself by hand at this point, but I am at the end of the line for the electrical job scheduling. I will not work with them again and recommend others to stay away.

However, I was extremely disappointed when I was quoted for hydro seeding in the spring and the crew completely missed the side yard, which had no grass. I also had to call a few times because they weren't cleaning everything up and cutting down the weeds as part of the spring cleanup. After calling several times to complain and speak with the project manager they finally came back a couple times and the work was finally completed. Then be prepared to be charged for the additional times they have to come and then you are dealing with the office manager who assures you she will look into it and then you have to call weekly and send emails to the owner before you get a resolution. Be sure you track the dates when work is being done and be ready to call when you receive your monthly invoice and you see they are trying to charge you for extra services. They have poor bookkeeping and end up giving you random dates for when the job was done. We were expecting lush green and a well maintained lawn through the whole process but what we got was poor customer service and invoices where we were charged incorrectly. Very disappointed with the whole experience and we will not be recommending them to anyone.
