I don't know how I found Mr. Jim, I think there was link on Facebook. I started to read his bio and his wife is a RN! I knew he would be patient enough if his wife is an RN! Mr. Jim was really patient in driving and meeting my husband to all the open houses, he answered all our questions and I had ALOT of questions.He is the buyer's friend and asked us what we wanted in our dream home. What?! Realtors ask that?!? He took all the factors, sent us homes that were going to be available on the DAILY and helped us find the one, the one that resembled something even Barbie would love! His lender partner Gabby is kind and patient as well, fast and both never were annoyed! With all the anxiety I had, Mr. Jim and Gabby were very calming and reassuring. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

I had the opportunity to rent a unit from this company for two years. Throughout my duration of the lease agreement, Wynn realty did not bother me with any inspections, they were timely and professional when it came to small repairs needed to appliances, and were overall professional. Dana, who is the assistant to the property manager, Marc, was pleasant to deal with. Marc, not so much. Marc can come off as rude and very arrogant. My issue with the company was when I was supposed to receive my security deposit back from them. Per Nevada revised statue, they have 30 days to give you a security deposit back or send you a final disposition to why they kept your deposit. This company attempted to tell me I was to pay for a paint job and carpet replacement. I left the unit in as good of condition that it was given to me. There was no reason for them to have me pay for anything. I hired an attorney and threatened civil litigation. They then paid me my deposit. Be aware from renting from them because this is not their first attempt of this. Be aware of this is you chose to rent from them as they will attempt to steal your money. Other than that, they were fine.

The Man, The Myth, The Legend!…read more Wowzers..... I was set up with Jimmy from another agent to have him assist as my Buying agent. I assume this not the dream job for any Experienced agent but my Man stepped up to the plate in catering to myself and the wife. We wanted & needed a place ASAP. We had informed him ahead of time of our budget which honestly was tight. Jimmy had no problem driving around the Valley to show us the few in our range. Most agents at this point play the Rush game telling you the prices only go up and basically make you feel like your a waste of time. James is completely the opposite. He took time to look over the MLS sheets with us and let us know of any posted issues and HOA dues. Finally after several trips to meet and look, BAM ! There she was in all Her 3 Bedroom Beautyness. We scored. Matter of fact the value has already gone up a bit since we closed. He even got us a bottle of Bubbly to Celebrate and took a Selfie with us to savor the flavor. Hats off to you Jimmy! Had a recall and specifically placed an interim board, then sent a newsletter out saying the interim board has decided not to have the annual election and will continue as the board elect, bypassing the annual election, and violating the corporation's By-Laws. Did not produce a budget to the homeowners by the deadline and no Budget Ratification meeting. Homeowners were double-billed and are complaining that Shelter will not help them get it resolved. Homeowners can't get main gate codes to enter the community to get to their property. So much more to say. Everything is wrong with this company.
