If I could give Simply Vegas Real Estate negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the…read moreminimum required to warn others--so here it is. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most incompetent and unethical real estate experiences I've ever encountered. From start to finish, Simply Vegas demonstrated a stunning lack of professionalism, basic real estate knowledge, and any semblance of fiduciary responsibility to their buyer. Let's be very clear: they do not represent your best interests. They will say whatever is convenient, deflect responsibility when things go sideways, and prioritize their commission over your protection. Communication was unreliable, guidance was misleading, and when accountability was required, it vanished entirely. Instead of advocating for us, our agent actively created risk, confusion, and unnecessary exposure--the exact opposite of what a buyer's agent is legally and ethically obligated to do. We were left to untangle mistakes, chase answers, and protect ourselves in a transaction where professional oversight should have been automatic. This wasn't just poor service--it was reckless. Real estate transactions involve contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and serious financial consequences. Simply Vegas handled these responsibilities with alarming carelessness. If you are a buyer relying on them to guide you safely through a purchase, you are putting yourself in jeopardy. The overall operation feels shady, disorganized, and driven by self-interest, not client advocacy. There is a massive difference between salespeople and true professionals--Simply Vegas firmly falls into the former category. Do yourself a favor: do not learn this lesson the hard way like we did. There are competent, ethical brokerages in Las Vegas that actually understand their duties and take them seriously. Simply Vegas is not one of them. Buyers: steer clear. Protect your money. Protect your sanity. Take your business elsewhere!

They claimed the carpet had stains but when it came to return my deposit tried to keep it from me for these defects which they turned over to me when I signed the lease. I moved here from Florida and they acted like they were giving me a helping hand, but instead charged me a $300 cleaning fee after I had professionals come and clean it properly themselves. Very unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend doing any business with them. Maintenance department never responds and Nick treats his clients like he would a panhandler on the street corner. Front office never lets you escalate when needed and overall bad customer service minus Vanessa who has to take the brunt of the work. God bless you if you deal with these people for more than 12 months!

There were some issues with the property, and we had some questions. On 9/29/25 at 3pm I called. I got an answering service. I explained I had some questions about a property as I was a potential renter and asked for a call back. I never got one. On 9/30/25 at 11am I called again. I got the same answering service and said I called the day before and got no return call and had questions about a rental I was interested in and no one has yet to return my call. The receptionist apologized but said she would have to leave another message. So I also asked if the property management themselves ever answer the phone and she said no that they take the messages and forward them. So I left another message and said I hope someone calls back. At 12pm I get a text that simply says the address and "ay I know your inquiry all about"? Not hello, my name is... nope just a basic what do you want.. I replied that my husband and I were interested in renting the property and we had some questions. I never got another response. It is ridiculous that they would treat potential renters so poorly. And if they treat potential renters so badly I can only imagine how bad they treat their actual tenants. I think we dodged a bullet and masterful showed us how unprofessional and unimportant potential tenants are to them. If your in the market for a rental do your homework on the management companies as well as the owners. Read reviews on every platform dont just assume because you could wind up paying rent on a place that if something goes wrong you wont get any real assistance. I attached the text but did block the address of the property.

We recently had to go through some major renovations for our property before putting it back up for rent. Eventhough there is a bit of a gap between tenants, Ferran has been more than helpful with us trying to get the property up to shape. It is definitely not the easiest task trying to handle this while physically living in another state, and he has always been consistently available with all our requests (large and small, non-urgent and time sensitive) - not to mention extremely knowledgeable with any questions or concerns we needed addressed concerning the property or potential tenants. It was almost like we were physically there handling it ourselves with how timely he was with his responses. The renovations were completed recently, and within days he already had tenants lined up for us to consider. We've had our share of pretty bad/shady experiences with previous property management companies, and surprisingly our faith is being restored by this partnership alone. It has been such a HUGE weight off our shoulders knowing we've been able to turn to Ferran without having to worry. We're excited to see his expertise at work once we have new tenants moved in. Some folks we know are on the market to purchase property in the area - so if they need a property manager, we're definitely slipping them his card.

I applied at a rental property( for 1300) Friday the 10th and they said no other applicants. They also mentioned the office is closed and they won't start working the application until Monday. Not to mention the agent had me fill out and application on the company website for 75 dollars to come back 15 mins later to say she sent the wrong information and I needed to apply thru a different website which also required a 75 fee. So now boom that's 150 dollars gone within mins. Back to the application, so by Monday the 13th I'm feeling hopeful because their chat bot said it had all documents . The agent calls and says they now want 1650 for rent less then 24 business hours from my application. Mind you no denial of my 1300 application. Then the agent said she felt bad so she was going Zelle me my app fee for the second application and I still had to wait for my 1 refund for the wrong application to be processed. This company is very scammy. The property was ran down . 2 inoperable cars in the parking spot during showing. Security gate to the unit was broken . And weed smell but they want to do application fraud and jump the price from 1300 to 1650. Puhlllleeeeaasseee!! Don't do business with these people!
