I spent a short time trying to get the house ready for sale and realized that having the services of Bryan could really help me after getting a referral for him from my attorney. Bryan is the "best of the best." He is networked with a number of contractors that were professional, timely, and at reasonable prices. It is my opinion; pictures make or break a listing. Under Bryan's direction, the house was staged and professionally photographed. My listing pictures looked straight out of a magazine. My home was upranked and considered a "hot home" and would sell quicker than 99 percent of homes nearby. I had accepted an offer four days after listing. This company that manage properties needs work. It's 87 in my house and the land lord sends out home warranty ( old republic) the tech says unit needs to be replaced. What does painted desert do puts in another and request a new vendor until they find someone that can repair it under home warranty so the owner doesn't have to pay. While I can't sleep my bills are high no reimbursement in three years of ac problems.i will update as a resolution if they ever get one. It's been 8 days and still the ac is back out it's cooler in the garage then my house. It's been two months there is still a broken toilet and a broken sink in the master I can't use. I'm telling you don't rent property from these people soon I will post every work order for the same thing that never gets fixed. I will follow up in one more week

I've rented several homes in Las Vegas and in several other major US cities. This is one of the…read moreworst property management companies I've done business with. The home I rent from them was recently burglarized and Painted Desert didn't help to coordinate the requisite security remedies. I was forced to work with the actual property owner who lives out of town in order to get security upgrades. They also misrepresented certain aspects of my tenancy to the property owner which has created further friction between me and the property owner. Put simply, Painted Desert Realty seems to be an ethically-challenged business. Additionally, they don't offer a grace period for paying rent, which I've never seen--5 days being the industry standard in my experience. They just now transitioned to an online payment portal, which costs $37/mo. to use. This is also a first. Maintenance requests have gone uncompleted. Happy tenants tend to stay in place and keep paying rent, i.e. better ROI for investors. Painted Desert doesn't seem to have gotten the memo on this one.
