I had a very concerning experience involving Daytona Driving School that demonstrated a complete…read moredisregard for basic roadway safety. While exiting a residential community, I was forced to drive into the lane designated for oncoming traffic because a Daytona Driving School instructor had parked directly in front of the gated exit lane. This was not an emergency situation--the vehicle was simply stopped for an extended period of time and blocking outbound traffic. As a result, multiple vehicles were forced to maneuver around the driving school car and enter the opposing traffic lane in order to exit the community. This created an unnecessary and dangerous situation that could easily have resulted in an accident as multiple cars were also trying to enter the gated community at the same time. I personally spoke with the instructor, who stated that he was waiting for a student. Despite being informed that he was creating a safety hazard and obstructing traffic, he refused to move the vehicle. I then contacted Daytona Driving School to report the issue. The person who answered acknowledged that there was only one instructor working in the area and stated they would "take a look into it." For a company whose business is teaching safe driving practices, blocking an active exit lane and forcing motorists into opposing traffic is unacceptable. The instructor's refusal to move the vehicle after the hazard was brought to his attention makes the situation even more troubling. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the school's commitment to safety and professionalism. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for driving instruction.

It is very frustrating and unprofessional for a company to completely ignore customers for such an extended period of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to their extremely poor customer service and lack of communication

Every day I pick her up she is bringing home new art work to put up on the fridge, she tells me all about her day and cant wait to go back! I love that the teachers actually have degrees, all have been there for years and really enjoy their jobs! There are two teachers per classroom and when one is out the kids still have consistantcy which at that age is needed. I used to send my daughter to another "early learning school" and the staff were all young girls, who couldnt be bothered to really interact with the kids and the place would have a new teacher in my daughters room every other week. I used to have to stay half the day until she got comfortable enough for me to leave. She never got excited like she does now to go to school in the morning. If your looking to get your toddler or young child into a preschool or prek I definatly suggest this school. Its VERY affordable and they have so much for the kids! A huge playground, huge classrooms, ipad learning, music classes, spanish classes, library, computer lab... etc... They have a PTO so parents can get involved if they want, and go on lots of great field trips! They are even open most holidays that most school are closed on for parents who have to work. Its really an amazing school and I suggest taking a tour! =)
