This is the worst experience I've had with a Chase ATM, and it's not even the staff of the bank --…read moreit was the drive-thru ATM. I had to deposit some cash I received from my friend, and I went through the drive-thru with no wait. Everything was OK until I realized that the ATM would not take my cash, which sometimes does happen (maybe because my cash was too wrinkly?) The first half worked fine, and now as I'm making the second deposit, the money didn't go through and it just says "To be sure your deposit went through, please call us at ___." How does an ATM not just take cash? So now I'm stuck here, waiting on Chase and they had to file a claim for me. The only reason why it's getting 2 stars (vs. 1) is because they said they can post an "immediate temporary credit." I just hate having something on hold and I know this doesn't align with the Chase brand because I've NEVER had any bad experience with this bank. The ATM machine looked old (they didn't take tap-to-pay) and maybe it may be the reason why.
