He never showed up on time for any of the homes that he scheduled walk through, he even was late at the final walk through before closing. This guy was told by the listing agent that they had no offers on the house and he offered her 20k over the asking without even consulting with me and he actually did this in front of me. As soon as he got off the phone I had a conversation with him about that. Clearly based on his level of expertise, professionalism and knowledge this can't be his only job. He recommended and retain a guy to do the inspection and saying those guys drop the ball regarding the inspection is a understatement. They never came back for the radon test and none of the drains for the tubs are draining. One of them was never connected to a drain. The water in the sump is standing still and not exiting the house. Almost every wall in the house was destroyed in order to remedy these issues and guess who's stuck with that bill? In closing I definitely don't recommend this guy and the only purpose he served was getting access to the homes.

I was out $500 for front porch furniture she locked with her lockbox and failed to show up before the movers left to unlock it. She then said she would reimburse me, but after 12 weeks she was nasty and rude on the phone and refused to pay the $500. I will report her to the Real Estate Board and the Better Business Bureau.
