The smell was pungent and I was shocked that the people working on the dresses didn't notice it. Returned within 2 hours with both dresses and asked for them to be re-done. Was told that "the one dress should not be washed but the only way to remove odor is to wash it" and that the other dress is dry clean only (but then why did it still smell after I gave it to you to dry clean??). Was then told it would be $20 EXTRA to re-do the dresses and I couldn't pick them up for 2 days. I was beyond shocked and upset at this.
