His teacher was amazing, the office staff are always so kind and helpful and I love that everyone makes you feel like family. Doing my son's first year of school during Covid was really hard because we didn't get to experience the normal stuff, but KCA did such a great job navigating all of that and keeping the parents up to date. It's so obvious how much they all love and care for their students and their families. I absolutely recommend looking into KCA if you are looking for an elementary or middle school. My youngest is in their daycare and we love them too!

The whole staff is friendly, welcoming and they try to ensure the kids have a great day. He was recently diagnosed with autism, while this facility isn't geared to help with the extra needs he has. They do try their hardest to make his day go well as they do with the other kiddos. I see this first hand, I stay a few minutes most days to help him settle in and everyone is always so great. Mrs. Ellen has been a great teacher, she is understanding and loving. The whole staff is awesome!

Also kept mixing up my child's age based on their size and swapped him out into a whole different group the start day . So if your kid is very independent and basically don't cause any problems they're all for it , but if you kid makes any kind of mistakes they will kick them out, no hesitation, from my personal experience. Maybe the other locations are main ones that get bragged on when you bring up the name . I personally don't recommend for a first time daycare parent.

Our experience was not great because we felt they do their utmost to keep their staff to child ratio at the minimum to meet legal standards.This sometimes means shuffling kids and teachers between rooms. Although we never met them, the owners strike me as very cheap and really need to spend a little more money making sure there is consistent staffing. Other major issues are that they don't work well with kids who require some patience. If your child chugs milk from the bottle then they will probably be fine. But if your infant needs some coaxing to eat, they will likely not have enough individual time to devote to them. The same goes for sleeping. The end result is that our child just didn't eat or sleep, which are really the two things you want to happen at a daycare (besides fun). Many of the staff and the director Jenny are extremely kind and nice, but some of the staff are a bit inexperienced, especially for the high cost of this Montessori. We also didn't notice anything that was very "Montessori" about this school -- maybe because our child is an infant -- but it just seems like any other daycare. But if you are in need, I think it is a safe and clean place to keep your child and one of the few daycares in Mobile that is not religiously affiliated.

Maids ala Mode are exceptional and just get better with each visit. The billing is all pre-set to a credit card which is very modern and easy. You are sent email reminders (maybe too many) and a copy of the invoice electronically. It is very handy and all of the staff radiate pleasantness and courtesy. My ladies are my "regulars", which is great since I am often home when they are here. They work well together and just bring a lot of positive energy through the door when they arrive. I forgot about the actual work! My standards are pretty high and I live in a large home with all sorts of nooks and crannies. It is always spotless, shining and smells probably a bit like Heaven when they leave. They clean things that frankly I overlook or just disregard, and my bathrooms are almost too clean to use. The kitchen is the same. I cook all of the time and the chances of my sink ever looking that clean on my watch is zero. Part of my household is a very ragged 22 y.o. cat. They clean up all of his fur and even work around him when he can't get up. How sweet is that? Except for too much e-mail (maybe 5 per visit) Maids ala Mode is a home run for me.

So I decided to return to give them another chance after my old housekeeper moved away and I tried other cleaning services but never got the cleaning I was use to. It ended up just to have them keep changing cleaner again but I was giving them a chance even after all the horrible stories I heard from the cleaners about the company. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. Wishing the company nothing but the best.
