Open communication, daily reports and photos, and a warm inclusive environment were all key factors that allowed us to establish trust quickly. Their approach to learning is fun, structured, and wide reaching. They are extremely proactive about fostering independence and recognized (before us) when Leo was ready for potty training, putting shoes on by himself, etc. Dave and Fei have not only provided exceptional childcare and education, but created community of great people to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and everything else with.
