My kids started going to daycare in 2017, since then my children have been given the opportunity to learn, play, and make new friends. I enrolled my two boys and I was impressed with the team Arlene put together to run the daycare. Arlene has dedicated her time to making sure to run her business with integrity. Everything is pretty much straightforward and it's written in the contract. Although I can see that sometimes as parents we want more flexibility, nevertheless they are very accommodating. Also, if you start work early and/or get out of work late, Arlene and Fred make sure to pick up you kids from school (if the school is nearby) which gives you a peace of mind when you get stuck at work. I give Arlene and Fred my highest recommendation! Additionally, what makes this place even greater are the nurturing and loving ladies that work along with Arlene and Fred. It is true, Ms. Carolina and Ms. Sonia are great with the kids. The children love them, and I'm sure Arlene selected this team due to their compassion and kindness to working with small children. They are a gem to have, an perhaps one of the reasons many children continue to want to come to Munchkin Palace. I'm glad we picked this place to care for our little ones, not only do they have routines which is great for children, but they teach the kids so many things. By the time my son started school he had a head start. My kids learned the ABCs, a bunch of songs and the numbers very early in their development thanks to the structures and attention they were given. We are so pleased to have chosen this place and can't wait to use their services once again.

Do Not Send Your Children Here - Devastating, Cruel, and Unsafe Experience…read moreI am writing this review to warn every single parent to look elsewhere for preschool care. What was supposed to be a milestone celebration for my 4-year-old son was completely ruined by the gross incompetence, lack of empathy, and alarming behavior of this staff. They had my son sitting in the front row with his class, only to completely exclude him. They didn't print his name, they didn't hand him a certificate, and they didn't call him to walk across the stage like everyone else. I was so embarrassed and heartbroken for my son that I broke down crying right there. Other parents in the crowd noticed he was left out and started talking amongst themselves, saying, "Oh my gosh, poor little boy," and "That's so sad." As a first-time mom, watching grown adults basically bully and exclude my child in front of an entire room of people broke me. When we got to the car, my son completely broke down crying, asking me why he wasn't important enough to get a certificate and walk across the stage. They broke his little heart. To make matters worse, when we decided to leave because they ruined his day, my husband went to retrieve our son. A staff member named Miriam actually grabbed my son firmly by the wrist and tried to yank him away from his own father. When we confronted Gloria about the ceremony oversight, she had the nerve to say "oh well" and just walked off like a weird, heartless lady. Nobody at this school is professional, and nobody ever knows what is going on. They had the audacity to ask for recommendations today, but I am warning everyone: DO NOT trust this facility with your children. They lack basic organizational skills, they have zero respect for families, and their staff's physical handling of children is entirely unsafe. If you love and care about your child DO NOT SEND THEM HERE !

I was quoted one monthly tuition amount during enrollment, but after my children started attending, I was charged significantly more than what had been discussed. In addition, I experienced repeated billing errors, and I often had to reach out to have charges corrected. It was frustrating to constantly question whether my bill was accurate. We did love Ms. Isis and Ms. Kelly they were so nice and compassionate with the kids. My biggest concern, however, was the daycare's handling of staff conduct. I learned that there were concerns about a teacher being rough with children, and I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. As a parent, I expect any concerns involving children's safety and well-being to be addressed promptly and communicated appropriately. Because of the ongoing billing problems and my concerns about how serious issues were managed, I made the decision to disenroll my children. I hope the daycare improves its billing practices, communication, and accountability so other families have a better experience.

We met Ms. Abi and her staff back in 2014. My son was enrolled in a regular preschool, we transferred him over to her school house and in 3 months he learned how to count and all the colors. He has ADHD and his developmental delays were apparent. The teachers there sat down with him and invested time that other places weren't willing to. Fast forward to 2016 I enrolled my youngest with them as soon as they accepted him. He is now soon to be 4. He knows about 9 country's flags, his colors in English and Spanish. He knows how to count in both languages and his vocabulary is much more sophisticated than other children who are enrolled in traditional childcare. What makes this place stand out is the time they invest in your family. They become family to you, our children are loved and cared for, and they deeply care for their teachers. They go above and beyond their duties as instructors and it's heart warming and comforting to see how emotionally invested they become in our little ones. At 3 years old they have learned about other countries, the planets, important world monuments, words just can't even begin to describe how great they are. read more

It is clear that every child is seen, valued, and supported here. Our oldest daughter attended for 3 years and her transition into kindergarten was seamless. She was not only academically prepared but also socially and emotionally ready to thrive in a new setting. Now that she is in elementary school, we continue to see the lasting benefits of her Montessori foundation; she is confident, independent, and loves learning. Our younger child is currently enrolled, and he comes home happy and excited every single day. At such a young age, we can already see how he is flourishing, gaining independence, and building a genuine love for school. Choosing Growing Minds has been one of the best decisions we've made for our children's education and growth. Ms. Jennifer and the team consistently invite parents to share their thoughts and truly take that feedback into consideration. This reflects their genuine commitment to growth and excellence. It's rare to find a school so dedicated to continuous improvement although, honestly, it's hard to identify anything they need to improve, as they already go above and beyond in every aspect. When it comes to education, Ms. Patty is one of the best teachers I've ever met. She is incredibly dedicated and makes sure every child is learning at the highest level possible. My daughter had to repeat her class due to her October birthday, and I was worried it might set her back--but it was the opposite. Ms. Patty provided more advanced and varied work for students who were repeating, so they wouldn't have to redo the same material. I truly respect her commitment and care.
