I am very satisfied with the curriculum they offer. -the infant teachers patiently and lovingly assisted my infant in taking a bottle (and she was a stubborn one!) -I truly feel like the teachers are partners with me in raising my children. They bring up concerns and praise depending on how my children are doing. -they notify parents way ahead of time of any holiday hours/closures. -they assisted me with my military fee assistance paperwork. -I get to see pictures and videos of my children all day everyday on the app. Along with real time updates on meal times, diaper changes, activities, etc. Overall, I love Eastlake Kindercare and would 100% recommend their daycare services to anyone in need of childcare!

Another staff member who is a teacher in the 3s class Olivia, stated to the director Ashley, that they've disenrolled children for less and teachers would quit their jobs behind my daughter's autism. when talking to Ashley Enwia the director about this situation I was ask to ignore the abuse on my child. The assistant director Alexa stated to me that she did in fact see and hear the horrible things staff members had to say about my daughter but she brushed it off of her shoulder and said I should the same. I made a licensing report and the director manipulated the staff intimidating them to not speak up against the abuse that involved my daughter or they'd be retaliated against! Even the licensing professional believed this event truly happened and has concern that there has been multiple cover ups to attempt not being caught by licensing. Kindercare being such a big corporation will attempt to appeal and remove any negative licensing complaints made against them and cover up any incidents under their company! I would never recommend this daycare to anyone, I've been a teacher and director for over 11 years amongst multiple companies. this is a constant repeated theme of this center. It is NOT an all inclusive center, if u have a child with autism or a disability please find somewhere else to go, I am not the only parent with this issue here. It's truly disgusting. Not to mention, there is no real structured curriculum, it's a glorified baby sitter center, far from a learning center. They charge an extra $30-$60 per week to teach your child how to read and write. I've literally never heard of such a ridiculous to have for a "learning center" . I'd like to add additionally, that I have reached out, and contacted corporate multiple times, and they "referred" me to the regional manager and district manager etc. Not one single person reached out to me to have a conversation after multiple attempts and voicemails.

The teachers are very nice and we appreciate their care. I specifically want to share about Miss Valerie. She has been both of our kid's teachers and is truly the reason why we have our kids there. The Good & The Bad…read more Start with the Good: Some of the teachers are amazing. My son loves Ms. Kerry, he will ask for her on the weekends and we have to explain Ms. Kerry is at school. He talks about her on the drive to school, and can't wait to spend the day with her. She's made a comforting lasting impression on my son that I'm very grateful for. She's cares for him, fixed his "boo boos", taught him so much that words can't describe how grateful we are she's in his life, even if it is at school. He also adores Ms. Cheli, she runs a tight ship, but the children listen and follow her lead as you can see her experience is valid and spot on. The Bad: The classrooms can be too much. Especially the twos and early preschool. Teachers are stressed, over worked and Im sure crap Pay for the work they do. They deserve so much more. Many times I've walked in the building to managers and directors standing up in the office gossiping about teachers, other families. Especially teachers and other employees within the company. Not just once but several. They don't care. They don't get people can hear them when we are standing in the office. Or while I'm checking my child in the computer, the office door is open, and you have the two directors gossiping about their own employees and people can hear everything. Very unprofessional. Yet they know their teachers need help sometimes, but they would rather sit up there and gossip, and talk mad game instead of supporting the teachers and classrooms that look like a circus sometimes. Kuddos to the teachers hanging and holding on, your management is something else (not in a good way), we only stay for the specific teachers my son loves, but I know as he gets older he will not always have them.

And, when we haven't seen her for a long time, they say, "We haven't seen Miss Annabel in a long time, can we go visit her?" Annabel is the most caring, attentive, and kind caregiver. She has been watching my children, ages 10 and 7, for the last two years. She is one of only a few people I would trust besides my family to care for my children! I'm not just saying that because she is my former neighbor and currently still my friend! We were neighbors first, and I also watched her raise her two children who have grown up to be wonderful, responsible adults. I have seen many children crying when they leave her place. Why?? They cry because they love Miss Annabel and they are having so much fun that they don't want to leave her! (Seriously, I'm not kidding.) Her home is immaculately clean, inside and out. She takes great pride in maintaining a beautifully landscaped front and back yard, and the interior of her home is welcoming and quite lovely. She has a schedule of activities for the kids, and like my children say, her cooking is fabulous. They learn lots of songs that she sings to them, and Spanish lessons, too. And, of course, there are lots of toys for playing inside and outdoors as well. Annabel is always there when I need her, and she can say the same for me. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

When I had my youngest and had to go back to work full-time I knew I could count on Fabiola's veteran team she's maintained intact since the inception of this daycare. Before finding out about this daycare I had used a Montessori preschool which didn't really promote much for free play that kids thrive on. At Fabiola's Daycare she encourages free play and group activities without setting rigid rules. The kids can explore and use their imagination while promoting their own independence and learning different group dynamics facilitated by the Fabiola's team. From my experience, the value and quality you get from this home-based daycare is comparable to what you would get if you left them with a loved one. I know my oldest was so happy after picking her up everyday and had alot to talk about. My youngest continues to show growth cognitively and socially. Thank you so much for all you do for our kids
