It took me a while to leave this review. Probably because it was so hard for us to say good bye to the environment. From the Administration to every Teacher and staff at the Vine. The whole experience was great! My daughter started at the Vine at Linda vista. We moved to the Ulrich location as the LV location was for smaller children. They cared for my daughter until she turned 5. If I could have kept her there one more year I would have. I was a single parent who needed help. My daughter was at home with a good sitter but she was ready for new things and to be around new friends. From helping potty train her to helping her learn to write her name, this place was the best experience we could have had. The teachers are all great! No complaints. They were genuine and anything that my daughter needed they were always willing to help her. My daughter was having issues talking and they also helped her develop more vocabulary. They were patient with us and it sure paid off for my little one. If there were any opportunities we faced they were addressed swiftly. We love this place. My daughter still remembers her teachers, Lizzie, Akira, Maria, Mariah, Brittany, Chanel. Today she wanted to go to sleep with her little dragon we bought her at build a bear whom she named Mariah. (One of her teachers) Definitely, miss you guys. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. it isn't easy being a single parent. Here my daughter learned confidence, vocabulary, shapes, colors, fundamentals. She was so excited about learning she became a very good reader. It took me a year write this review . My son was enrolled when he was 1 and we loved Ms Itzel! She was kind and gentle and very supportive. She took in my son and made sure he's okay after we leave. My son gets excited when he sees her. Then she had Ms Elizabeth and she's his favorite! She's sweet and gentle too and just kind and friendly so easy to get attached to. The. As he grew old he gets transferred to different classes and different teachers. The last one though I didn't even know her, she never introduced herself to me or my husband . But she was friendly enough but guarded. One day my son comes home to me and shaking he was so upset and scared because of what his teacher said , it's their preschool graduation and the teacher was making my son sing and dance with a different class. He told me that the teaches said if he doesn't sing and dance she will call his dad so he can punish him. To others that might be a harmless threat but to me it's not. I work at children's hospital and I have seen similar situation but instead of asking children to sing and dance predators would ask children to do more inappropriate things. With that being said I decided to pull my son from the school. I loved the first two teachers that he had and he had such a great time there. However , not only that the last teacher ruined that experience for him I also heard that some teacher lost one of the kids to the parking lot and it was the same teacher that threatened my son. Finding suitable care for our first child (especially during the pandemic) was extremely important for my husband and me. We have been extremely pleased with the level of care at The Vine. The staff is amazing, the lesson plans are exceptional, and the facility is always clean. Our son had a really difficult time adjusting (separation anxiety) and they were so gracious to both him and me! Now he loves going to school! (He even says "school!") We love getting the constant updates of his activities and are obsessed with the pictures they send us every day. I can't say enough about The Vine. This place is a well-oiled machine! I can't express my gratitude enough for my daughter's teachers in the Caterpillar classroom. Ms. Amber, Ms. Angie, & Ms. Emma have far exceeded any expectation I had and even some I didn't know I should have, haha! I struggled with putting my daughter in daycare so young (she was almost 1) and I was also in the most stressful time of my life. Ms. Ana, the director, made me feel very comfortable when I first contacted The Vine and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I got to take a couple tours of the facility before committing as well. It was a difficult adjustment for both my daughter and I (I may have been worse) but Ms. Amber quickly took my daughter under her wing giving me peace and mind that she was getting much love and attention. Once my daughter adjusted, she began to look forward to going to the Caterpillar class and still gets excited when we arrive. She has learned so much in the past 8 months she's been attending. Ms. Angie helped with helping teach my daughter to walk as she was just beginning when she started, she has made many friends, is learning to talk better with their daily activities aimed towards colors/letters/sounds, story time, and she does arts and crafts daily. They also have plenty of play time outside which is extremely important to me for my little one. Ms. Emma has been awesome in communicating what the class is learning and what their daily activities consist of. I can go on and on! I feel like Ms. Ana, Ms. Emma, Ms. Amber, & Ms. Angie are family now. I know my daughter is well-cared for and loved in the Caterpillars classroom. We absolutely love The Vine! Our little one has been at the infant center since she was 5 months old and we've had great experiences in all 3 of the classrooms and are now transitioning to the toddler class at one of the other locations. We've had so many standout teachers, many of whom have continued to say hi and check in on her as she's transitioned on to new classrooms! Miss Elizabeth, Emily, Clara and honestly everyone in infant 1 were phenomenal. Our daughter received so much care and attention and the regular updates in the app made a huge difference for these very anxious first time parents. We could tell early on that she actually loved going to daycare with Miss Eli, her primary. We're in the early toddler class now, just about to graduate, and have had the best experience with Miss Dulce, Brittany, Sophia, and the other teachers. Everyone is caring and thoughtful and we've seen so much progression in our daughters skills, both motor skills and verbal, it's been amazing to witness! One of the biggest differences we see from friends at other daycares is the consistency and quality of teachers. While so many other centers seem to experience tons of turnover we've been so lucky to see the same teachers from day to day and now year after year. Anyone with a toddler who has separation anxiety knows what a huge difference that makes and I think it probably also speaks to the management as a whole, though that's a guess. The teachers that I personally had at the vine with both of my kids are all first-class! The fact that the overall rating is not 5 is for another reason explained at the end. My son has been in the Butterflies classroom at this center since March, he's going to a Montessori school in September (for his own development reasons). For the past 6 months, he's been in the care of Ms. Janeth and Ms. Kayla, and they have been awesome! My son is very shy and socially withdrawn at school. But, he found a lot of comfort from being around Ms. Kayla who's always smiling, nice and sweet. You are going to love her as soon as you see her sunny smile :) Ms. Janeth has been working with my son a lot on his social skills and other developmental areas. During his time here, we communicate on regular basis to stay on top of his behaviors and progress. She knows how my son behaves or reacts in different situations as much as I do. Her observations and feedback on his day/behavior at school have been extremely helpful. I was able to discover the reason that causes the problems in his behavior and all the challenges in parenting. We are now waiting for his first evaluation appointment for ADHD, and we wouldn't have had this opportunity for early intervention if it wasn't for Ms. Janeth's help. I can't thank her enough for this and everything else she's done for my child as a teacher. These teachers are genuinely working with a passion for teaching and a love for working with kids. As a former preschool teacher myself, I have to admit that we definitely need more Ms. Janeth and Ms. Kayla to help our little ones to succeed in the most important stage in our lives - the early years. Besides the teachers, and since we are still dealing with a pandemic. For all the parents out there looking for childcare facilities, you might want to also consider this new policy (if this matters to you). The owner just made every family sign an agreement to pay for classroom closures due to Covid outbreaks in the future. We were asked to pay full tuition during the last closure (Mid August this year) for two weeks. He says this is to pay the teachers. I personally, ABSOLUTELY agree that all the teachers deserve full pay during the closure. However, we are not supposed to pay for your operating cost as customers (especially we didn't cause this forced closure). As a business owner, teachers are your employees, you have to pay them whether or not if you're making profits. In addition, the government already has programs in place to help businesses like this to cover the losses caused by the pandemic. Our son was at the Vine from the age of three months until we had to pull him out at the start of the pandemic. (He was two and a half at the time.) While he was there, we absolutely loved every aspect of the Vine. Every teacher our son had was very attentive, caring, and friendly. All the staff are required to do a first aid/CPR course regularly, specialized in infants and toddlers, and we learned firsthand that this is true -- back when our son was still new at eating solids, he choked on a piece of apple slice at lunch. One of the teachers performed the Heimlich maneuver and essentially saved our son's life. So needless to say, they will always hold a special place in hearts. My daughter is 3 and has been at the vine since last summer. We absolutely love the staff! All teachers are so amazing and really care about the children. My daughter loves going to school every morning and has been learning new songs, made a lot of new friends and is thriving there so much. She has become very independent with potty training and helping with chores. She became very caring with other children and is amazing at sharing. Great outdoor space, learning letters, crafting, dancing, reading, learning numbers and learning writing their names. If I could give more stars, I would, because that is how much I really love The Vine Learning Center. My son previously attended a Montessori program which was not the right fit for him. So when we enrolled him here, I was unsure if this place would be the right fit for him as well. However, once he toured the classroom, he immediately started engaging with the other students and wanted to start right away. I took this is as a good sign! Ever since then, my husband and I have been very happy with how much he has flourished in the last two years. The teachers, caregivers, and administrative staff are all very friendly and engaging and not only with the children, but with the parents as well. My son has never complained and loves all the friends he has made. His socialization and communication skills have improved tremendously and is most definitely ready for kindergarten this upcoming school year. Observing my child and seeing and hearing how much he has learned at The Vine really just amazes me. This place is not fancy or has all the bells and whistles (but it's always clean and they always follow the county guidelines), but it's curriculum (which teachers post weekly and monthly) is what makes this place shine above the rest! read more

Yikes! Let's start with the overcrowding. The student to teacher ratio is always maxed out. At this point, I'm surprised they haven't been caught with excessive students to teachers. In regards to teachers ... Janeth ( 2 - 3 year olds ) is amazing. I would trust her with my kids in any situation. But all the other teachers .... wow. The love they give for those kids is comparable to Casey Anthony's love for her daughter Caylee. I won't even go into their ignorance of the law. Let's just say - common sense is not theme practiced here. My recommendation: it's easier to hire a babysitter than risk your children's lives at this daycare. read more

I rarely write reviews but have to make time to give The Vine a shout out. We were using a couple of other places before we stumbled upon the Vine and it was a God sent for us. Both of my boys went to the Vine from the time they were 3 months until they're in pre-school and got the spots at the military CDC. Our experience for the last 4 years in different classrooms and at different centers has been incredible. Everyone at the Vine is great and awesome starting with the program director, center directors, and the teachers. They run a great program at the Vine. Ms. Gloria and Ms. Satya in the Tulips classroom above and beyond to care and teach their kiddos. Our little ones loved going to the Vine and often wanted to stay longer when we picked them up. We highly recommend the Vine to everyone, especially first time parents. It was very difficult for us to trust anyone with our precious little ones, but the Vine definitely made it much easier. read more

This review is in regards to Miss Janeth's Ladybugs classroom for 3 year olds. My son is 3 and looks forward to going to preschool every morning. Classroom is always very clean, inviting and organized. It's also a large room so lots of space for the kids. There are a lot of kids, but I've never felt that he hasn't received plenty of attention. Miss Janeth is wonderful, as well as her assistants. My son absolutely adores all of them. They are warm, caring and truly want to provide a fun and educational experience for the kids. I am so impressed with how much my little guy is learning every day and can't thank these ladies enough. Bonus is The Vine uses the Tadpoles App. I get pictures, daily reports and all notes through a secure app right to my phone. They also offer a catering package through a vendor that is very reasonable if you don't want to pack all of your kid's meals. Nice to have options. read more

This place is amazing! Our daughter has been going to The Vine since she was about 11 months old, and 3 years later we are still here and as happy as ever with the care and education she's receiving. Our daughter has loved all of her teachers in every class she's been in. This year we're with Ms. Kayla and Ms. Nancy, and our little princess loves them just as much as she's loved every teacher prior. My daughter has been attending for only 2 months now but the experience so far has been great. Enrolling her was pretty easy with the help of the director, ms. Lizzy. She answered all my questions I regarding subsidized child care, and also got my child in after one week of contacting them. There's options for making your own lunches for your child or paying monthly for their food program. My daughter enjoys the activities they do like dance. You can enroll your child in an activity for another monthly fee but it's cheaper than doing it separately out of school. They also send you daily updates about what the kids did that day and send pictures to your email. The teachers are super friendly and caring. Our little boy has been attending The Vine Learning Center-Infant room since January 17' at only 2 1/2 months old, so we were concerned about leaving him so young. However, we have been very happy with our experience and the teachers at The Vine Learning Center. They have taken great care of our baby boy. We have had great teachers starting with Ms. Inman, Ms. Abby, and now Ms. Claudia while Ms. Michelle has also been terrific, along with their helpers. They are great at taking care of our little boy and do a fantastic job with keeping track of his sleeping and eating schedules. The teachers and their helpers also updates us on his daily adventures while sometimes sending pictures. They used the Tadpoles software which is extremely convenient for us to update the daycare and vice versa with any needed information. This is a huge plus. Of course, no daycare is perfect. But our experiences have been mostly good. My wife and I would like to recommend The Vine Learning Center to those who are looking for great childcare at a fair price. Our boy is always smiling at the end of the day, so he seems very happy and that is what matters to us! They seem to try very hard to make sure that the little ones are taken care of. As an add-on bonus, they had theme days in July where the infants had the chance to dress up in Super heroes and Disney characters! As parents, we enjoyed having him participant in these theme days. Of course, participation is up to the parent. Also, they are flexible with infants coming in and being dropped off later than 10 am, if you send them a note or call them in advance. Our daughter attended The Vine Infant Center for 8 months. We couldn't recommend The Vine more emphatically. The teachers in the infant room were fantastic, they loved our daughter and she loved them. As first time parents in a pandemic, we were obviously worried about leaving our daughter at daycare. But, with the teachers there to help her along, she ended up loving it. She would smile everyday when we walked in and she saw her teachers! They were very attentive to her needs and even caught an ear infection before we even noticed it based on her change in behavior! The teachers did many learning activities with the babies, from painting to outdoor time, songs, stories, etc. They create a really great environment for all the kids and you can tell they genuinely care. Honestly it makes me so sad to read the negative reviews. But after reading them it's so clear that they only went on a tour and they are taking things at face value so I am going to address their superficial concerns in my own opinion. They said the children were crying or had runny noses. Guess what children cry A LOT, and also their noses run. Would this be a end all be all for me choosing a place for my child. Definitely not. The stuff is old, I mean but it works! They are children they do not care as long as it's fun they are happy! On to the teachers looking miserable comment. Some days the teachers do look a bit stressed because they are caring for TWENTY little ones and doing a wonderful job. Does this mean they don't love their jobs ? No! Does this mean they are not good enough? No! It means they may be a little frazzled. But if you have the opportunity to take your child here you would notice that the children are cared for they are growing and learning. Since coming here about four months ago my two year old already knows all of his colors, letters, how to throw away his trash his speech has improved. These are things we work on with him daily, but I am always impressed when he comes home and shows us what he has learned. It melts my heart. First daycare for my son at 12 months old, and the director, Lizzie was so informative and really listened. All the teachers are really nurturing, they listen and they provide great recommendations. My son learned sign language, made lots of friends and loved arts and crafts and outside play time. The only reason we changed daycare was due to me moving jobs. They have a fun summer program that included a jumping castle, splash day. They use an app to keep you up to date with diaper changes, what they had for meals, you can also leave notes for the teachers. They have great communication between the full time teachers and the floaters and all the teachers know all the kids which is so reassuring. read more

Simply fantastic! We were using another day care before the Vine and thought I would never find a good fit. We are so lucky they had an opening! All of the staff members welcome my son everyday with a smile. Upon pickup, I always receive honest feedback. I LOVE the tadpoles app that they use which allows you to receive photos and updates during the day. I can appreciate the locked doors for safety and all of the areas are super clean. It is obvious that the staff all love their jobs and the management is very much involved and very organized. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone who is dreading the "daycare" experience. My daughter started at the vine infant center when she was around 11 months. She is now 2 1/2 and moved to the vine learning center. The teachers at both of the centers are so wonderful! Miss Ofelia, Miss Sophia, Miss Samantha, and all of the teachers in her first class we're just so amazing and loving. Miss Ofelia was her main teacher and she just has such a special way about her. My daughter just loved her. When she moved to the next class, Miss Emma, Miss Jaliva and Miss Adriana were wonderful too. I was in a car accident and they sent my daughter home with get well drawings from all of the kids in the classroom and a big one from my daughter that read "get well soon mom" this was so special, and so thoughtful. She learned so much in this class. We were amazed at how quickly she caught on to potty training with their help. Now we have her at the learning center with Miss Janeth and Miss Akira. We couldn't be happier. They teachers are very nice and made my daughter feel comfortable in their classroom right off the bat. I am very impressed by all of the activities they create for the kids. They even had a field trip to the pumpkin patch recently which was a lot of fun. The kids learn a new letter every week and bring something to share on Fridays which is great, and my daughter loves it. miss Lizzie has also been great to work with in administration. She is so quick to reply and answer any questions we have. Overall I highly recommend the vine. We trust the teachers with our daughter. She has learned so much, and has made some great friends. As a new parent, we were hesitant to take our 3 month old to any daycare. After 3 months at the vine infant center, we were honestly hesitant to take him out, and if it weren't for military orders to move, we wouldn't have. Whenever we picked him up, he was clean, fed, happy, and well rested. We always got an update that matched up with what we expected, so we could tell the teachers were attentive and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Vine. My son Liam went there for only three months before our family moved but we enjoyed every day at the Vine Infant Center. All the women were so patient and kind, and we always felt safe and welcome. Ms. Claudia and Ms. Bailey cared for my son and they were phenomenal. My favorite part was the app they used to log diapers, meals, naps,etc. and they would send me pictures and videos throughout they day. They were very responsive, withheld their rules, and ran a great infant center. We were so sad to leave and would recommend their care to anyone. read more

I don't know where to start. Very pleased for sure. Both my children come to the school/day care. They were going to A school down the st & I wasn't impressed at all, nor did I like what they stood for. I heard about the Vine from a family member. When I tell you my children are advance :) the staff is amazing and you can really tell they LOVE what they do. Having two young kids can get overwhelming for myself (as a mommy) but the staff here are always so happy and friendly. Sorry for the long review but I'd recommend The Vine for sure.
