I was disappointed with the apparent inability for this doctor to actually listen to my concerns and respond appropriately. This became readily apparent after a "wellness" report was prepared that had statements on it that did not pertain to me. In other words, it appeared to be a cut and paste rendition of a report that had statements that were attributed to me that were never made or even broached with the doctor or his staff. I wrote the doctor with a detailed letter explaining many, though not all of these discrepancies, and did not get any response. I also contacted MDVIP, the group to which this doctor works with, to advise them that I was no longer wanting to be in the practice and would not be paying anymore quarterly fees for the service. The only response I have gotten from MDVIP is an unexpected phone call while sleeping at 6 a.m., at which time I reiterated that I was no longer a part of the practice. Even though they dialed my number with a Monterey area code, and have my home address in their system, I was told by the caller that she was unaware that I was in the Pacific coast time zone. Now I am receiving email requests from MDVIP for further payment. I do not recommend this medical practice or any association with MDVIP.
