Responded overnight to my service query when I was looking for a local sandblasting company that would remove the old rust and seasoning. After a quick dimension check, they offered a fair price and really pulled through. Now I'll just clean it up with a little vinegar and then a quick wash with soap and then get to seasoning it with multiple layers of avocado oil with the burners and a blowtorch and this discarded hand-me-down blackstone will be back to making smashburgers and bacon and no time!
